Flush Drains & Vassco Utility Maintenance

Flush Drains & Vassco Utility Maintenance

He let me know his thoughts on what could be happening and the difficulties associated with having an exact answer without taking the toilet apart and checking for a crack (which could have led to further issues due to the model of my toilet). Ultimately, I decided to just replace the toilet all together and Kevin and his team helped me sort it all out. The price for everything seemed reasonable and they were able to get everything done pretty quickly.

But these guys came to the rescue. We had a main sewage line problem in extreme cold weather. Could not use any water (including toilets) in our home, as it would create back-ups into the basement. Kevin and Justin went above and beyond to fix it properly. They treated our issue as seriously as we did, and they were careful as they were fixing our problem. Clean and conscientious. We plan on making this our go-to plumbing company for any jobs we have in the future. They made sure they tried methods of repair that saved us money, too. Far less expensive than other quotes we had received. Far less invasive, too. When the drain you've taken for granted breaks, call this company first. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Zoom Drain by Transit and Flow for jetting and a camera inspection after a…read morebasement backup issue. The technician told me he could not get past 45 feet of line and suggested there was a collapsed pipe in my yard. I was verbally quoted a repair in the $6,000-$18,000 range. Before committing to a repair of that size, I obtained a second opinion. The second plumbing company cleared a blockage and provided video confirmation that there was no collapse or structural damage. Based on the major misdiagnosis, I requested a refund under their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Communication was slow, and I was made to feel like the video proof I provided from the second company was insufficient (even though it was time stamped, dated, and I shared the invoice summary). I initially received only a partial refund. After multiple follow-ups and escalation to ownership, I was ultimately refunded in full. I'm sharing this so others (especially first time homeowners) understand the importance of getting a second opinion before approving major excavation or high-cost repairs. While the final outcome was a full refund, it required time and persistence to resolve.

Plumbing Service on 8/2/2025…read more I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the plumbing service I received from Zoom Drain on August 2, 2025. I contacted your company for three issues: 1. A clogged drain in my walk-in tub 2. A replacement for the tub's drain stopper 3. A small leak under the kitchen sink I was told there would be a $200+ service charge--regardless of whether any work was completed. That should have been my first red flag. When the technician, Eric, arrived, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Not only did he fail to resolve any of the issues, but he also managed to make the situation worse. As for the simple task of replacing a drain stopper, I was told it would require an entirely separate visit. Seriously? This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and received nothing of value in return. There was no resolution, no professionalism, and certainly no reason to justify the cost. I trusted your company to provide reliable service, but this experience has felt like nothing short of a scam. I will be sharing my experience publicly so others can avoid the same mistake. Use this company at your own risk.

We are, however, disappointed by the lack of responses to inquiries about some visibly poor workmanship at the entry/approach. My husband reached out to Gary a couple of times. He responded to texts but no site visit to address what is poor workmanship. We understood the curing process would take time, however the disappointing workmanship near the entry has not been addressed. For these reasons, we would not recommend and, can't undo our decision to go with a different contractor that did a neighbor's driveway. Very unfortunate since pre-job (contract phase) they're on point. Post job....very disappointing The "splatter" along the edge of the approach is not a good look. This isn't a curing issue, this is poor workmanship that's not going away. Was hoping it would be addressed and possibly correctable so reached out early on. The 2nd pic with straw is nearly 4 weeks later. Again, that's not a curing issue. The opposite side is smooth. That gray messy "splatter" is not good!
