When the sheriffs arrived, they confirmed that the business could not legally refuse card payment under these circumstances. Despite this, the staff and ownership were hostile, unprofessional. They have no transparency and raises legality of their billing practices. I would caution others before doing business here. Document everything.

Recently, I took my boat to a mechanic who serviced the boat and said that Al had put in the wrong spark plugs. One of the cylinders came up below compression when it was checked. Also, when I initially picked up my boat, some of the seams on the upholstery did not match. I had to leave it with him to fix. Also, they broke the ice chest that was part of the original equipment of the boat. He tried to tell me that it was not him. I told him he was the only person that ever touched my boat.
