Sarah came back with a nicer design and lower price (by a good 20%) than the two other places I checked out, and from then on I was hooked. A few years later, we re-did the kitchen, and we went straight back to Sarah. She worked her butt off, drawing and re-drawing and re-re-drawing until it was just right. She listened to what we had to say -- and I mean, REALLY listened -- and used her experience and wonderful eye for design to come up with a kitchen that really worked. Her ideas were always spot-on, things that I never would have thought of on my own, but that once the kitchen was done, I couldn't imagine not having. Vertical tray dividers above the wall oven for my sheet pans? Frickin' brilliant! Oh, and of course the price was fantastic. I took her design to another place for a sanity check, and they came back thousands higher -- and that's without investing all that time in the design process! And then we moved, relocation for work, and recently bought an antique house here in Vermont. I knew even before the closing that I'd have Sarah do my kitchen again, and let me tell you, she has come through again, even better than last time, if such a thing is possible. Buyer beware. I am putting in a new kitchen. I saw some under cabinet lighting that would look…read moregood. The saleswoman showed me and put together what was needed. There were tracks for the lights, a 16' LED light street, a transformer and a dimmer. When the electrician installed it, it shorted out. As it turns out, the lights needed a 96 watt transformer and they sold me a 60 watt transformer. It ended up burning out the dimmer. They tried to make me buy a new dimmer as well as an up graded transformer. After back and forth, they charged me for the upgraded transformer. They should have given me everything for free as well as compensate me for an extra 2 hours of labor for the electrician.
