Once again though - if you like talking on the phone, maybe they're good. Make sure you're fully satisfied with what you get, because without stuff in writing, you'll find it difficult to make a case should you need to sue them.

We had a section of pre-finished hardwood floors that was damaged and faded by the sun that needed replacing. It was a tricky spot in that it needs to be feathered in on 2 sides. It was a small square footage but the company was more than happy to take the job AND get in done in a quick turnaround so we could have the house back to normal before the holidays. The job was quoted to be done in 1 day but took 1.5 due to the tricky nature of the fix. The install team was great! Super communicative and respectful of our time and space.
