I had an extremely urgent situation where my basement drain was backed up and my entire basement was covered in about an inch and a half of dirty water. One call to ERS and they sent a crew immediately and worked extremely hard and were very professional and did a PHENOMENAL job! They were on time, very courteous, professional, hard-working, and very efficient in the job that they did! Levi even spent well over an hour total to answer any and all questions I had as a first timer and explained the entire process to me in layman's terms and made it very easy to work with the insurance provider as well. We suspected a mold problem. We called ERS and they came within 2 hours. They did not find mold but they were very conscientious in exploring all areas. We were so grateful to get peace of mind so quickly and they recommended a possible follow-up treatment if the smell we're experiencing persists. We lost 2 sump pumps and had about 2" of water throughout our basement. They came, removed water, and set up drying fans. They continued to check (3days in a row) and over the next week or so til things were dry! Exceptional service, friendly and experienced staff, and even insurance help! I wish I could review the work of the team that came to my house separately. They were 5 stars. They were quick, efficient, came back several days in a row to ensure everything was drying out, and they were professional and friendly. I have to give the company a 3though, because they came last Monday, almost 2 weeks ago, finished on Friday, one week ago, and we still have no idea how much it's going to cost. We didn't get an estimate- though I asked for one several times. Yes, I should have insisted, but there was water everywhere and they were ready to solve the problem. I now have requested a bill several times and can't get one. So, even though the team was great and the water is gone, my basement is still in disarray because we can't move forward with new flooring, etc until we know how much we owe. If you need help fast, they're excellent. If you need a bill fast, not so much. read more

On Saturday morning, we found that water had soaked through the carpet in our basement bedroom from an adjacent bathroom. My husband and I tore out the carpet and padding ourselves, but we were concerned that the water may have caused damage to the walls/trim, so I called Emergency Restoration Specialists on Sunday afternoon. Spoke with Josh, who was very friendly and asked if we were in need of a visit right away. I explained that we had stopped the water from leaking and Monday would be fine for a visit. He said he'd have Rob come out on Monday morning to check things out. Rob came out to our house, investigated the situation, asked a number of questions, used a thermal imaging handheld device to check for water damage to the walls/trim, and confirmed that we'd caught it in time and everything was properly dried out. He sprayed a mold-inhibitor just to be safe, and gave us the peace of mind we were hoping for. When it came time to settle the bill, Rob said we were all set and there wouldn't be a charge. We were expecting a trip charge at a minimum, so this was quite a nice surprise! We hope to never need the services of ERS in the future due to a disaster, but we will keep paying it forward with telling our friends and neighbors about the great service. The ERS team was amazing at responding to our water damage. The company was referred to me by a trusted source. Josh came quickly to acess the water damage & Jm & team followed him to install heaters & du-hum equipment. The drying saved alot in costs & hassle of replacing. Readings had to be taken daily & Jim showed up on time -everytime. Everyone was courteous & professional. Never fun to place emergency call but I would Highly recommend ERS if you have to. read more
