Each time I called to ask a question I had the opportunity to speak to a real person to get clarification immediately which is priceless in today's world! Keep up the good job

Warning to Property Owners: do not list your property with RNB Elk Grove. They barely lift a finger…read moreto market your property. * They take 5 business days to process each application. * They will not show the house to any prospective renter until the renter has paid an application fee, submitted their application, had their credit, income and rental history checked, and been approved. Very few tenants are willing to go through all of this for a house they have never seen. * I had to show the house myself or have friends show it. * RNB did not list it on Zillow or Redfin. They said they submitted it to these sites, but RNB never followed up to see why it had not shown up until I pressured them 5 weeks into the process because we had so few inquiries. In the 5 weeks I worked with them their "efforts" produced a total of one applicant. They charged me $600 to break my agreement so that I could find another management company. It's true their contract says they charge $600 if you cancel before 60 days. It's also true that their contract says they will post on CraigsList but they did not do this and Nichelle even told me when I terminated that they did not do this. Their contract also says they will post on Zillow, Redfin, etc. but I checked those sites and it was not there. When I asked for proof that it had been posted there, they simply sent me a page that said "posted to internet." It also says they will post on Social Media which they did not do. It also says they will provide "unlimited showings" yet omits the very important part that they will only show it to prospective renters who have paid $50 application fee, gone through the process and been approved. When I told them I should not have to pay the $600 due to their lack of good faith effort to rent my house and their breach of contract by not doing what their contract says in terms of leasing and being deceitful about the showings, they refused to terminate my agreement, take down my listing to allow me to find another company and refused to return my keys or garage door opener until I paid the $600. I lost that money plus rental income from the time they wasted. I signed their agreements and entered the relationship in good faith, trusting they would make a significant effort to find a renter for my home. I hired them to help me and they only caused me stress.

Do NOT USE Nonna Homes!!!! its owners have taken my elderly parent's life savings and we are left…read morewith an unfinished ADU that's not even livable, liens on our house, three subcontractors who are unpaid, harassment from the main owner when we speak up about the truth, and we have NO money left to finish the job. We asked the owners of Nonna for a detailed list of where the money we'd given them had been spent and they could not tell us because the money had not been spent on OUR project. The project was supposed to take 7-9 months and now we are on month 15. Project managers changed regularly, the subcontractors left the job site often due to no pay, and we'd often be left waiting for Nonna Homes to convince someone else to actually work with them (by this time the reputation of Nonna was known in the construction world.) In September 2025, the owner changed his phone number so people could not reach him. However, on July 23, 2025 the owner told us was personally overseeing our project due to lack of communication and completion. We've not heard back from the owner since November 13, 2025 and it was only to say that he was not going to communicate with us any longer because we said we were going to the media and demanded the liens paid, subcontractors paid, as well as all materials delivered to our house. How do you have a contract, take all the money from your customer, not do the job, and then stop talking to the clients? Now Nonna Homes has 23 complaints on CSLB and 8 of them have been referred for legal action. Just this week, their license was suspended. STAY FAR away from ANYONE associated with Nonna Homes even when they start new companies. They all work together as a team, constantly passing blame, having no answers, and refusing to do the right thing and actually do the job and pay people. In life and business, integrity is the most important quality and it's definitely missing with these people!

The owner of this business wanted me to remove my original June review to call them out…read more He is lucky as this was the only review I did because I was giving him chances after chances with his promises to do the right thing since December of last year when we got the first preliminary! I strongly believe we all should be able to report what has/have happened to us as it is! Transparency is best... But whatever! Trying to be kind to them! We just want to be done with them and never to hear from them and their entities - all their team ever again. This is and has been a nightmare! You need to pay all of your subcontractors! Do the right thing as you got our money and we paid on time! Your project managers 6 of them we had, need to be on site so that the project and subcontractors can have directions to do our project correctly. Or not why have a project manager? It is not normal for us to text almost everyday to see if someone is coming or what is going on with our project! We were our own project manager and frankly it was a nightmare to babysit everyone after paying a high amount for an all inclusive build! It is not right for us to have 3 mechanical liens on our home and an intent to put a mechanical lien soon as well as preliminaries!!! Everyone, please do your research on all search engines, look up court cases on all counties in California, the California State Board, and the TV News channels. Always ask for proofs and Double check by calling the subcontractors directly. Nowadays with AI, A lot of information is out there and it's not hard to connect the dotes together. Trust no one sadly because we have been screwed! We should have been done with the 504 sq ft home build started June 2023 as it is and was May 2025! Remember, they work as a team and really trust no one! This is not teamwork makes a dream work for sure!
