I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. He discovered the home had Kitec water piping that is prone to failure and flooding that needed to be replaced. We were able to get a 20k credit from the sellers to close!. I've had previous inspections that were done in 30 minutes . Harrel spent 3 hours being very thorough, from walking on the roof to checking insulation with his thermal camera. He is also a structural engineer so he checked for settlement issues. Let me say that if you're looking for someone to give you an honest, unbiased opinion on what's happening with the structure of your home, he is the guy you want to call. Here is my story: I had two companies come to my home and give me $30k estimates for foundation work. One company basically preyed on my fears and I felt some pressure to get something that I didn't really need right now. I called inspectioneering and Haral walked around the home, took some measurements and basically confirmed that my house wasn't going to split in half. He had an opening about 6 days out, then remembered a cancellation for the next afternoon. Communication was great leading up to the appointment. He arrived early. The inspection was amazing. I've bought and sold a number of places, and never seen anything like it. He was crazy thorough. Explained everything as he was doing it, and when I was away measuring things, he'd call me over when he found something important. He was checking things I'd never heard of anyone looking at before. Does your stove vent pull enough air? Harel will tell you. The attention to detail was mind boggling. The tech toys he comes with are incredible. Infrared cameras. Laser levels to check the floor.
