Is Nonna homes construction a strong, reliable company?

I would not consider them reliable. The ADU ended up nice and I am grateful for that, though the workmanship was poor in some areas because the people they contracted were not very skilled and the manager that was supposed to oversee that work…

They had all the resources ready to make a home SALE! I first called LuAnn because had I seen really great yelp reviews about her and her team. When I called, we went straight into getting an appointment set up for a walk-through of the house in a timely manner. This process of getting the house on the market was made really easy because LuAnn and her team are extremely organized with their work and their time. They were very respectful of our time as well. The house was inherited, and we thought that it was going to be really hard because of how the shares were set up. LuAnn and her team were very reassuring that they have seen multiple cases like ours and they have helped their clients be successful in the end. Everyone apart of her team made selling the house such a relief for us. We honestly feel like we didn't have to do too much because of how helpful they were during the whole process. Once we went over the initial steps to sell our house everything went by accordingly and pretty quick, and LuAnn and her team had all the resources that we needed. I appreciated the way that every detail was looked over in order to have a successful sale. LuAnn and her team were very understanding and dedicated. I would recommend LuAnn and her team over and over. We are absolutely grateful for their help.

Very few tenants are willing to go through all of this for a house they have never seen. * I had to show the house myself or have friends show it. * RNB did not list it on Zillow or Redfin. They said they submitted it to these sites, but RNB never followed up to see why it had not shown up until I pressured them 5 weeks into the process because we had so few inquiries. In the 5 weeks I worked with them their "efforts" produced a total of one applicant. They charged me $600 to break my agreement so that I could find another management company. It's true their contract says they charge $600 if you cancel before 60 days. It's also true that their contract says they will post on CraigsList but they did not do this and Nichelle even told me when I terminated that they did not do this. Their contract also says they will post on Zillow, Redfin, etc. but I checked those sites and it was not there. When I asked for proof that it had been posted there, they simply sent me a page that said "posted to internet." It also says they will post on Social Media which they did not do. It also says they will provide "unlimited showings" yet omits the very important part that they will only show it to prospective renters who have paid $50 application fee, gone through the process and been approved. When I told them I should not have to pay the $600 due to their lack of good faith effort to rent my house and their breach of contract by not doing what their contract says in terms of leasing and being deceitful about the showings, they refused to terminate my agreement, take down my listing to allow me to find another company and refused to return my keys or garage door opener until I paid the $600. I lost that money plus rental income from the time they wasted. I signed their agreements and entered the relationship in good faith, trusting they would make a significant effort to find a renter for my home. I hired them to help me and they only caused me stress.

Tenants and clients in Sacramento County have reported several recurring issues with Stone Creek Property Management. The primary complaints center on unresponsive management, delayed or neglected maintenance, unclear fees and security deposit disputes, and poor safety or security within managed apartment communities. Major grievances against the company include: Neglected Maintenance & Repairs: Renters have frequently reported that maintenance requests (like fixing A/C, resolving mold issues, or addressing plumbing leaks) are severely delayed or completely ignored, sometimes resulting in unsanitary living conditions. Poor Communication & Unprofessional Staff: Customers cite difficulties in reaching leasing staff or regional managers, unreturned phone calls, and dismissive attitudes when attempting to resolve account or housing issues. Security & Safety Concerns: Residents in certain managed communities have complained about lack of proper gate maintenance, broken doors, and management's failure to address safety issues such as on-site crime, unauthorized individuals, and package theft. Billing & Deposit Disputes: Complaints frequently detail unexpected or hidden charges, high utility bills from unmetered units, and difficulty getting security deposits returned after moving out.

I was stunned. The showing agent was unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked interpersonal skills. I had questions, as Zillow doesn't normally give you the story up front and it's a gamble whether the information is accurate. I've been a renter for going on 6 years now. Any question I had was met with disgust or rather judgement that I had to ask it. Whether it was double checking the deposit, or double checking the pet restrictions, the response was clear reiteration that it was a problem for her. Overall just disrespectful, distasteful, and a poor representation of a business. I'm concerned this is past bad customer service. I came into the appointment with my sister and law- we are young, in our 20's- it leads me to wonder if we would've been treated with more respect had she been working with people over the age of 30, 40, even 50. It felt like ageism and discrimination. I don't care for a response from the owner, as I've read that it becomes an argument. This is for those interested in working with the property management.

Writing my review here as well…read more Nothing pure about this tainted company. I would not recommend renting through Pure Management (formerly KBT). From the beginning, maintenance issues were handled poorly. Within our first couple of months, our shower clogged. Maintenance hired someone to snaked the drain. They pulled out some hair, and charged us for it. Meanwhile, they ignored the fact that the shower wall was peeling thick plastic into the bathtub where my toddler bathes. They never believed those plastic chips were contributing to the clog. I was repeatedly promised the shower wall would be repaired by Kimberly Prindle & Joseph Estafanous, but when management changed, I was told by Kristin Gentile that there was no record of those promises, even after I provided documentation. Our refrigerator never worked properly despite three repair attempts. It either froze our food or let it spoil. Eventually, I bought my own thermometer and figured out how to work around the problem because it was never fixed. We also paid for a service that included A/C filter deliveries, which eventually stopped. When I asked about it, Pure simply told me to contact a third party myself. If I'm paying Pure for the service, why am I doing the follow-up? When we gave our 30-day notice, they suddenly required professional cleaning with a receipt, even though that wasn't in our original lease. I also requested to end our lease just 12 days early due to an emergency, and they refused any flexibility despite their repeated failures to resolve issues during our tenancy. Eventually, Kristin and her team that were cc'd in them, just stopped responding to my emails. I didn't think that was professionally of her. The overall impression is that once you sign the lease, you're just another account number. Communication was poor, documented promises were ignored, and customer service was disappointing. I won't be renting from Pure Management again.

If you are a property owner and looking for a company to look after your investment property, you DO NOT want to use PURE.

That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off.
