We are regular…read morecustomers and have spent our money here multiple times, I've been coming here since I was very young which is exactly why this experience was so frustrating. MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I took my baby sister here for a birthday party and the owners are incredibly welcoming and comfortable to speak with! I chose the total takeover package and the prices are amazingly easy to work with and for so much reward!! I could easily afford to take over the whole place for my sister's birthday and she could play all the games she wanted. I was also able to order pizza and delivery here so her and her friends could have something to eat after playing, and I will say the cabin space is so spacious!! Had lots of room for all the kids (there were like 12) and room for them to put their gifts, bags and jackets too! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, I'm genuinely so happy I found a place like this for my sister to have fun on her birthday that both has lots of space to play lazer tag, dodgeball and arcade but also space to sit down and eat without feeling cramped!! I liked that it wasn't individually scored but scored as a team and when "hit" you just needed to go recharge and weren't out of the game. The staff was polite and fun and it was nice that they had more then one game and each was a little different. Only suggestion is that I didn't see a sign for the entrance. There's a big one for paintball and you go in same place. They should just add laser tag to the sign as that probably caused me a 10 minute delay looking in the night. It's not associated with Santa village but it feels like it is as the parking lot is shared. Get the groupon if they have it for 50% off. It is a very good deal

Came here with my significant other and honestly, the staff is what made this entire experience…read morewhat it was. Were all the games working? No. Did we run into a couple of issues? Absolutely. But somehow, every time we had a problem, someone was there ready to fix it like we had just activated the Bat-Signal. And they did it with a smile, even though it was VERY obvious they were running around like their lives depended on it. Trace, the Bar/Floor Manager, was clearly doing the work of approximately 47 people at once, and yet somehow still had time to be attentive, kind, and sociable with us. I genuinely don't know how he was doing it. Man was everywhere. Craig and Colton, the Floor Managers, were also fantastic. Every time we had a question or concern, they helped us without ever making us feel like we were interrupting their already chaotic Saturday night. And then Timothy, Trenton, and Austin were equally awesome! At this point, I'm convinced they don't actually hire employees here -- they recruit people who have an unusually high tolerance for chaos and an Olympic-level ability to remain cheerful. The funniest part is that the couple of issues we ran into were almost worth it because we got to interact with all of these guys, joke around, and laugh with them. They somehow managed to turn "well, this game isn't working" into "well, at least we're having a great time." That's customer service done RIGHT. And seriously, HUGE credit to all of them for keeping that kind of energy on a Saturday night. It was busy, and I'm sure a couple of things were going sideways, and I'm sure everyone was running on approximately 3% battery -- yet they were still friendly, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. Rock the eff on, dudes!! You guys deserve ALL the praise. Seriously. Give these men a raise, a trophy, a vacation, and maybe a medically supervised nap. Thank you again for everything!! You made the experience unforgettable, and we genuinely had a blast because of you guys!
