Rather than listening or taking responsibility, they argued with people and made the situation worse. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this place failed at every level. No accountability, no respect, and no concern for customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other bowling alleys that value their customers; this is not one of them. Old school feel, (which is how a bowling alley should feel!) cheap beer (8$ pitchers!). Leagues are great and have a family feel to them. Open bowling one time per week (the day changes) $10 all you can bowl from 5-10. John does lessons and also runs the pro shop. Long story short, place is the best!!!
