They called me and I searched the internet for a mechanic in the area that could give them some help. I contacted Andy's Auto Repair and spoke with Dan. He said he would be happy to drive to the local Wal-Mart parking lot, where they were, and check the truck. Dan did exactly that, and he was able to advise my wife of her problems. My wife said that Dan was a very knowledgeable young man and one of the nicest people she has met. My wife decided to have here mechanic tow the truck the next day. Dan refused payment for the help he rendered my Wife and Daughter, saying it was the policy of Andy's Auto Repair to not charge for diagnostics. In my opinion this is extraordinary, and shows the true honor and professional qualities of this company. I don't live in Huntingdon, but if I did, this would be my auto repair service company. I offer my highest personal recommendations to Andy's Auto Repair and the folks like Dan that work there.

I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business!
