It was little things at first like not fully closing the gate or not locking it. The last straw for me was when the technician decided to leave even after my daughter brought our dogs in. When they came back three days later they were unable to complete my visit and wanted to charge me extra. I told them that I did not feel it was appropriate to charge me extra for something that was not my fault. Their technician chose to leave instead of servicing my yard and that is why there was an "over abundance" of waste. The person I was speaking with told me they had to leave to finish my technician's route because he spent an additional 15 minutes at my house...again this was not my fault. It was clear we were not going to see eye to eye so I cancelled my service with them. It's a shame. I have been a customer for the last 4 or 5 years.

I was able to meet the girl that came out the first time & she was friendly & professional. I like that they call me ahead of their visit & send me the pic of my closed gate after leaving. I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well. I'm pleased that they were able to schedule the visits on the day I wanted. I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Poop 911.
