I was able to meet the girl that came out the first time & she was friendly & professional. I like that they call me ahead of their visit & send me the pic of my closed gate after leaving. I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well. I'm pleased that they were able to schedule the visits on the day I wanted. I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Poop 911.

Had hopes for this company (North Central Dallas branch) to work out. Very good customer service…read moreon the many phone calls. Tried to get on their schedule (needed to be done by the manager) to get lawn aerated (the price was right). Manager has been "in the field" for the last three days. Tried 2-3 times to get the manager, but alas, no such luck. As a result, we will take our business elsewhere. Seems like they do not have time for customers... Received a call from John with the Heroes Lawn Care (Southlake) who saw my original review ,and he was willing and happy to make things right, even though my review was intended for the North Central Dallas branch, and our residence was outside of his service area (not by much). John honored the price and his technician came out the next business day to do the service. He did a great job and he even power blowered all the soil cores off of the driveway, which he stated is something they do for all of their aeration customers. He offered advice as to the next step for our front yard bare patch. John followed up with a call after the service was completed. We appreciate going the extra mile for us, John.
