They just keep ticking, Hung chooses quality parts when building and stands behind them, and when something does finally fail, he fixes it inexpensively. I took my Mac in for service to have the hard drive replaced. Less than 2 months later, my screen randomly separated from the housing and fell off my desk crashing and smashing on the floor. Needless to say they did a terrible job putting the screen back on and the "glue" failed. $2,500 computer gone. Very unhappy with their service. read more

She was pretty anxious about the situation, so I decided to help her out. Someone recommended CTS Computers, I called and the gentleman told me to come right in. He took the time to look at my sisters computer and come up with options to fix the issue. He was kind, honest and had my sisters best interest in mind. Fast! Fixed! Affordable! If anything happens to your PC or tablet this is the place to go to. I drop it off, wait a few days, and go pick up a good repair. I've brought in a PC my son spilled a 16 oz iced tea into and they revived it. I've brought in dead computers and they not only restore them, but copy any found files onto an external drive for me for backup. And they are so reasonably priced you won't believe it. If something can't be fixed (like when my son accidentally sat on his 10" Android tablet, shattering the screen) they are honest enough to tell you for free. They told me they could recover the pictures and files, but that the cost would have been more than the device, so I passed. What more can you ask for from a business? read more

I have used CTs several times. The first time I brought my year old pc to them that had a virus. My main concern was saving all of my photos stored on my pc. They were able to recover my photos and store them on an external hard drive I had to purchase. But computer had to be wiped clean. Including all software programming. So essentially it went from a hp with Microsoft office to a no name brand with zero programs. I didn't really know the difference of what could be done so I accepted this as a necessary evil to have it fixed. Not only did I lose all the programs but all of my photos and videos now were loaded on this random hard drive. NOT BY DATE, IN NO oRDER, NO File labels.... five users all mashed together. HORRIBLE!!! Literally useless. Fast forward four years...my computer memory was so full with pics and videos I could not even update the computer anymore. So I purchased a NEW hp desktop. This time with 2 TB of memory. More than anyone should need, right? I brought in my BRAND NEW computer and the older pc to have the pictures backed up and placed on my new computer so I could actually access them. WHAT A MISTAKE. Instead of them going through the files to see what need to be backed up and which one s were already stored on the first hard drive. They just backed up the whoooolllle computer. Every stupid temporary file the computer had of a web graphic yep they backed it up. Guess what happened with my new computer??!! I NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE IT!!!! They literally used up 2 TB of memory!!!!!! There are doubles and triples and my new computer CANT eVEN UPDATE!!!! They cut corners, they fix the problem but it's useless if they don't make the computer user friendly and whole again. Not to mention the language barrier. They may understand English well but they are not good and conveying clearly back to you the work that they do. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!!!! read more
