I dropped off my computer before Christmas, and Andrew called with an estimate. He told me to pay right away if I wanted it completed before the holiday, so I did. Unfortunately, after taking payment, he completely stopped responding. I made multiple calls and received no answer. Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My iPhone 6s Plus slid out of my hand and on to the floor at work. When it hit the ground I knew my screen was cracked but not as badly as it was! Andrew at Sharp Solutions repaired my iPhone 5, which had a detaching screen as a result of a swollen Li-ion battery. He had to special-order the battery first, which arrived on the earlier side of his estimate (about a day). He gave me a heads-up right away. When I brought my phone in the next day, Andrew said it'd be about an hour to replace the battery and screen. It was good to go when I came back an hour later. The whole thing was $96, which I consider a bargain, especially given how easy and fast the process was. Andrew is a friendly and laid-back dude, and took the time to explain what he did and why. It's clear he likes what he does, and does it well. The two-year warranty on the repairs is nice. If I ever need my iPhone repaired again, or need or other electronics repaired, I'll definitely go back to Sharp Solutions. Smooth experience. Note on the location: The front door is about 8 feet away from the road, on the northbound side of Rt. 122 in Cumberland. Unless there's no traffic, you'll find it tough to park in front of the shop without getting hit or bulldozing the man's shop.
