There was a nice older man who greeted us when we walked in and he was definitely the only thing that saved this from getting a one star review. Tony, the owner/repairman, was very accessible, checked out my printer while I waited, and explained how he would repair it. He repaired it in a short time. When I picked it up , he explained what he repaired and what limitations the printer had due to age, without getting into more expensive repairs. He said the printer head was likely to go out and that replacing it wouldn't be a good investment. A few weeks later, the printer head did go out. I called Tony to describe what the printer was doing and he confirmed that it was the printer head. I asked what new printer would be a good replacement and Tony very graciously gave me some expert advice.

I recently visited this location because I needed to ship something out and noticed this Office Depot offers FedEx shipping services. As soon as I walked in I asked one of the members if they could help me and she quickly told me they could do it, however I needed to purchase an envelope because they couldn't package it for me like they would do in a regular FedEx location. So I followed her instructions, bought the envelope, even got some tape to make sure the package would be okay during transit and when I asked another staff to help me send the package she said she didn't know how to do it and that she wasn't even sure they could do it. Please note there are HUGE FedEx signs all over the store and whole section just focused on FedEx. Even though I pointed out that someone else made me buy an envelope at the store in order to ship the items, she still said I needed to go to an actual FedEx location. Frankly the only reason why I am not giving them one star is because they did have a really nice selection of items compared to other stores. But their lack of knowledge in their own services was pretty annoying to say the least.
