This is a huge location but pretty empty compared to others. Super friendly staff. Easy in and out. I wish they had signage to know where to look for things because there were only 3 people I saw working and scattered in opposite ends of the business. I didn't know office Max and depot merged and you can print from one email. If you're looking to print from office max it will default to Office Depot. Plenty of parking. Several prices rang up incorrectly but they fixed them immediately. read more

This store is so dirty! Floors are filthy. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Service at print center tonight was very slow as well! Told us 20 minutes have waited an hour so far...only one guy working. Order was placed 8 hours ago! I don't know how one guy is expected to work on the printing while manning the phones and the register! On the plus side, I got toilet paper, they have lots of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, and there weren't very many people there. Worst laminating experience ever, they make you sign a waiver, and then don't use the proper heat to actually secure the plastic nor insert the sheet in a way to ensure there aren't any wrinkles. I left there and went to the Office Depot on Walzem and they corrected the office max poor quality work. they cannot however correct the Office max associates poor attitude or customer service. read more

Taylor was phenomenal printing 2 posters for me today. I was unable to get the parameters right before I came in. But she worked with my spreadsheet to make it fit onto the posters. She was able to get it printed perfectly within a few minutes. They looked great! read more

If I could rate this location a 0 I would. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I walked in stood in line for Copy and Print Center to pick up my order and wasn't acknowledged at all by the 3 employees behind the counter. However the gentleman behind me was acknowledged immediately and asked what he needed help with and was serviced. After the employee was finished with him then I was asked what I needed. I stated I'm here to pick up my order I was passed off to another employee that didn't speak at all just looked at me like he hated his job. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with this location. I will no longer be using there services here. This location needs to do a clean sweep of there employees or retrain them one on providing customer service. read more

The employee named Wyatt was so quick, kind, knowledgeable, & helpful! In under 10 minutes I had everything I needed and I was out the door. He helped me with everything and I am very grateful! More importantly, my laptop went on the fritz a couple of times. They have free diagnostics on site. On both occasions, the individual worked on it, not just diagnosed it, for well over an hour, and was able to fix the problems, and I was charged . . . nothing. So I am pretty pissed off that this store and its employees have gotten 2 stars. I guess there's more motivation to bitch than to praise. read more

I gave these folks one star because it won't let me add a review with NO STARS. If you need copies made and especially if you need your work downloaded and sent to you, find somewhere else to go. I made 3 trips and STILL do NOT have the copies I paid for. Yes, it was cheap, not much money involved, but the folks who "work" the copy services are untrained, unprofessional and unreliable. I tried to use the order online and pick up service, that's supposed to be fast and it definitely was not quick and the employee that I told about me needing to just pick something up, insisted that I wait in the long line of customers who were editing and creating documents. Went into the Office Max on Angora Pkwy in Selma, Texas have a couple of papers laminated. There is a new wait process where you text your name and they text you back when they are ready. There were two workers and two customers. The male was anal about having you sit on the sofa. As soon as the first customer sat on the sofa he then called her up. When I said I prefer to stand (On the social distancing square (SDS) on the floor) he insisted I sit on the sofa. When I said I was good standing on the SDS, he insisted I stand somewhere other than on the SDS. I ask the cashier on the other side of the room for a manager. I noticed an employee walk past me three times to consult with the copier guy but never acknowledged me. About 15 minutes later another employee (female who was quite pleasant) had finished my order. I walked back to ask the cashier if the manager was ever going to speak with me. She pointed to the manager and to my surprise, it was the employee who had walked past me earlier. I approached him and asked if he was truly the manager and Eric acknowledged he was. I told him I had a complaint about an employee and launched into the complaint. A couple of sentences into the complaint, I noticed Eric was on the computer an ignoring me. So much so, I had to ask him to stop and listen, which he did with obvious disinterest as if I was a bother to him. I observed he was not interested but tried to complete my complaint but Eric kept interrupting with his defense of the employee. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and finished. I then asked if he could help me find a particular item. Eric refused to even entertain the idea of helping me saying he did not have the item. I pushed to just have a look but again he insisted and refused to assist. Thanks Office Max/Office Depot. I'll spend mine and my organization's money elsewhere. read more

This is where I come for all my business printing needs. They always do a great job and are attentive to detail. My only complaint is they are extremely understaffed in the print center. Every time I come there is only 1 employee back there doing everything. They answer calls, work on multiple projects, and assist customers. I really feel bad for them. I hope someone reads this and staffs their employees better. It's not fair for the employee, or the customer. The customers get mad because it takes a long time, but it's not their fault.. They do the best they can being ONE person. Management needs to staff better. read more

I just submitted a print order online to be picked up in store. My online receipt was for just under $9. When we got to the store to pick up the prints they DOUBLED the price. I was flabbergasted! When I asked about it they said that they didn't control the online price and would not honer it. The manager is a rude prick. I placed a print order online to pick up and it was sent out to special printing for some unknown reason. I went to the store & tried to cancel the order. I was told I would not be charged if I don't pick up the order which was good because I was only in town for a week. THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!!!! I can't even get my order as I live in another state. I called to get a refund & they won't. They gave me (the wrong) 800 number to call & request a refund. So they called the store & Eric the manager refuses to give me a refund and won't even get on the 3 way call. Shitty customers service. read more

My wife and I were walking by on the way to Mr Phonez, because the screen was cracked on my phone, when we saw a sign at Officemax saying they do smartphone repairs. The other place wasn't open for another 20 minutes, so we thought we'd give it a try. As others have said, here, the store is understaffed. It took quite some time to get a teenager in a headset to help us. I was ready to walk out, when my wife found someone and asked about the repair. She directed us where to go, and a nice young man helped us immediately. He wasn't the service technician, but he did call the tech over for us immediately. The tech was a young man named Jeffrey, and he was great. He was very pleasant and helpful, and replaced the screen in about 20 minutes. I have a habit of breaking screens, so I've been to 3 different places to have this done. The price was comparable, but the speed and service was head and shoulders above the others. I can't speak to all the other services offered, but I will always go to Jeffrey for my phone repair. 5 stars to him! read more

This location is horrible. I own and run a business so I like to order my supplies online and pick it up. You'd think that would be the fastest thing right? Wrong! Every single time I make an online order to pick up here, not only do they take FOREVER t give you service, but they ALWAYS loose my order. The last time I was in here to pick up labels I got home 40 mins out to find 5 packs of "hello my name is" labels. Now I've ordered some cards to pick up and the line is pulled high with one chick at the printer center and now I'm finally at the front oh whoops! The worst costumer service!!! Me, my mom and my sister were there looking to buy a paper shredder. We were there about 15-20 minutes and a little confused as to which one to get. We were hoping to see an employee to help us out but none were found. We finally picked one we liked but noticed there weren't anymore on the shelf. We eventually saw an employee walking towards us and my mom asked if he knew if there were anymore of these shredders in the back for purchase? This guy....without stopping to talk to us, or see if we needed more assistance... Kept walking and said I really couldn't tell you, I haven't been here in a week. Placed an order for a poster that was supposed to be laminated and matted by 12:00 pm on today. At 3:13 pm, I arrived and my order still had not been completed. The clerk told me they ran out of laminate. I understand things happen that is out of our control but why not notify the customer. I would have readjusted my schedule to get her later in the evening, but you are knowingly 3 hrs behind and you don't notify the customer. What was even more appalling is that the supervisor was here last night when I stopped in to make sure everything would be ready by noon. He said yes ma'am, I was just looking at your order that is to be completed at noon and we are good to go. He even let me know that he would be here at noon when I come to pick up my order. Smh. No more orders to be completed here EVER again. Now I'm in a time crunch and seriously considering notifying their corporate office!!! read more
