Walked into this location for the first time since I do a lot of printing and shipping packages. I…read moreused the self-service printing station to print my shipping label, and it was super easy. All I had to do was enter the code from the email on my phone, and my label printed right away. While I was there, I realized I needed a piece of tape from the packing area. There was a woman with glasses and a guy with long hair and glasses helping customers near the printing section, but I was never acknowledged--not even a simple "Welcome to the store" or "Is everything okay?" I've worked my fair share of retail jobs, and I know that even when you're busy, it's important to acknowledge customers. I ended up waiting in line for about 25-30 minutes just to get a piece of tape. When I finally got to Alexis and explained what I needed, she helped me in less than a minute. Alexis was very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. I would definitely come back to use the printing services because the process was quick and convenient. However, I'll probably start bringing my own packing supplies since getting assistance for something as simple as tape took much longer than it should have.

I recently visited this location because I needed to ship something out and noticed this Office Depot offers FedEx shipping services. As soon as I walked in I asked one of the members if they could help me and she quickly told me they could do it, however I needed to purchase an envelope because they couldn't package it for me like they would do in a regular FedEx location. So I followed her instructions, bought the envelope, even got some tape to make sure the package would be okay during transit and when I asked another staff to help me send the package she said she didn't know how to do it and that she wasn't even sure they could do it. Please note there are HUGE FedEx signs all over the store and whole section just focused on FedEx. Even though I pointed out that someone else made me buy an envelope at the store in order to ship the items, she still said I needed to go to an actual FedEx location. Frankly the only reason why I am not giving them one star is because they did have a really nice selection of items compared to other stores. But their lack of knowledge in their own services was pretty annoying to say the least.
