We have been visiting the biz from more than 9 years now... and other than occasionally being out of feeder crickets due to weather or bad shipments.. they always come though. Advice, tips, emergency help when 14 little eggs appeared un expected from our baby girl dragon. Our Beardies are fat and happy thanks to the expert tips and products Sandra and Keith provide. Both proprietors always make time to chat when we have a health, feeding, breeding question. They have provide very reasonably priced boarding services when we are required to leave town. Literally the only place or person we would trust with our Beardies.

If I didn't…read morealready have cats, I'd have adopted this one, but the poor baby was malnourished and hungry and so friendly, and my mind was set at ease by the staff who promised to take care of her. They explained the process to me for strays: 1) Fill out a stray form and certify you found the pet and that you aren't the owner 2) They will hold the animal for four days to ensure it doesn't belong to someone else in case it is lost 3) Once the hold time expires, the center will spay the kitten and give her vaccines and put her up for adoption. They also assured me this is a no-kill shelter, and that because she's a kitten (and adorable), she'll be adopted quickly. They also have a bin for pet donations (food, toys, etc), and they have pet rooms for hopeful owners to interact with the cats and dogs for adoption. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, even going as far as to recommend veterinarian services for my current pets. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone looking to adopt or safely surrender a stray.

Our kitty Farty started bleeding one day, stopped eating and moving. We took him to an emergency vet, and they basically said there was nothing they could do, and he was fine. After 3 days or trying to get to eat, drink, ect we, we feared that we would have to put him down. He was fading quickly, and we hated watching him suffer. My mom wanted to try and took him here, and thanks to the doctors collaborating and trying to figure out what was wrong, they were able to bring him back to his old self after weeks of care. He had a severe undiagnosed UTI, hyperthyroidism, and possible IBD. He was on deaths door, we were so heartbroken, and because of the caring of this vet, they were able to bring him back to his old self. I also recently brought my kitty Tiny in a panic due to her not keeping any food or liquid down, and they fit me in and were extremely understanding even though they were short staffed that day. This is the best vet I've been too and I always feel listened to, and I feel like they care about the animals so much. Every time I'm here, the phones are ringing off the hook, and I can see why. This is possibly the best vet in the area.
