I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. I spoke directly with the manager, and instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by their technician, he refused to take accountability. I was then told by Frank that he would inform the manager and that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. It feels like they are avoiding responsibility and hoping the issue just goes away. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and follow-up was very disappointing. Beware of taking your vehicle to this location. If something gets damaged, don't expect them to stand behind their work.

Terrible experience. I needed a passenger window replaced and I called ahead of time for a quote. I…read morewas asked three different times (by phone, upon arrival, and at pickup) what price I was given. Shouldn't they know? They're supposed to open at 8am but the receptionist waltzed in at 8:16am. I had a unique situation with my ignition switch and I showed one of the employees how to start my car but when I went to pick it up the switch had been broken and I could no longer start my car. There was a different old lady at reception who was incredibly RUDE. She said she was only there to close and she doesn't have any idea what happens outside and that I needed to figure something out because she needed to close. She was pretending to call the owner and was told she couldn't reach him. Again, lies. I ended up having to tow my vehicle days after because , surprise surprise, the owner NEVER called me and he was "out of town". How convenient. I received a text telling me I had to move my car immediately. I had to spend more on a new ignition switch and a towing service. It is unorganized, unprofessional, and downright awful service. I don't ever recommend anymore going here. Ever.
