We've been coming here for about 4 years and WOW they keep adding to this place! Thank u thank u for the wonderful cafecitos in addition to the delightful & tasty smokes. With the upgraded barber services, my hubby got a swank trim for his beard! Not sure where their pastelitos are made but it's the freshest guava filling that oozes! You might think "Hmm, she's talking about A LOT that doesn't pertain to cigars." And that is because this place seems to be evolving to more of a cultural destination than just a cigar shop. Plenty of cigar shops encourage you to light up; however, this place is special because of the camaraderie they build. You are not a customer. You are more of a friend they want to get to know better, so light up, enjoy a cafecito, watch the domino action & the art of cigar rolling & be ready to lose yourself for a couple of hours. Worst customer service ever, I ordered a navy cigar package to give my husband for making chief and still haven't recieved this package. I ordered 08/04/2019, I even paid $16.99 for faster shipping. Now it's 09/14/2019 and still have never recieved it. I have called and I have emailed a ton of times and no one will respond back to me. So with a recent break from work, I'm able to actually travel and see the world. Took a week off to go to Miami and see if the colors looks just like CSI MIami. First off, being a cigar smoker, I was all set to check out Calle Ocho to experience the Miami Cuban connection. I wasn't going down to look for Opus or any LE's, I was going to experience the lifestyle and of course that includes cigars!. Be aware that this store is not one block from Calle Ocho as I thought. I had to call the store and got directions, only about a 7 minute drive from the heart of Calle Ocho though. I wanted to check this place out as it was recieving high ratings here on Yelp, my only skepticism was that many of the ratings were from non-regular cigar smokers. So as I approach the building I can see that the place is huge. I parked in the lot right next to the building which appeared to be their parking lot and walked by the front windows which had the rollers, rolling cigars. As I walked into the store, I was approached by a gentleman, Luis who just said, "looks like you've never been here before" to that I said I was from out of town and he proceeded to take me on a tour of the operation. I really hate, especially in a cigar store when 1) people treat you like you're going to steal or do something wrong in the walk in, and 2) when I"m asked can I help you. Retailers should know that you never ask a customer a question that they can answer "No" to. Getting back to Luis, he took me throgh the store, showed me the rollers what they were rolling, the only cigars rolled there, the 1959 Medina Miami. Each row of tables were rolling different sizes. As we went to the aging room, there were shelves just packed with cigars in bundles of 50. They age their cigars before banding and boxing to smooth them out and rid the ammonias. Luis offered me one, I chose a robusto with a habano wrapper and well, I was sold. We proceeded to the large walk in which had many of the big brands, for the size of the store, they may not have all the brands and all of the sizes, but they had enough of a representation from almost any cigar maker you'd want but more interesting to me was all the different brands that were specific to their shop. After walking through the walk in, we proceeded to an area with chairs including an old barber chair. He offered me a cuban coffee and just said "Mi Casa Su Casa". You know, what a start to my mini cuban adventure in Miami. I walked over to a few tables where some locals were playing dominoes, and watched for a bit. As my cigar was winding down, I decided to buy a bundle as this was indeed a very nice smoke. They have an area where they sell humidors, a wine store and a VIP lounge with lockers and food and dring available to members. I"ve always been a smoke whatever is the hottest kind of guy but I've been converted thanks to a single cigar which was gratis. read more

It's like you've stepped in a portal that transports you to Havana itself, the minute you walk in you are greeted by the sweet aroma of some fine cigars. The salsa music in the background with the locals smoking away and people rolling cigars in front of you is a sight to see. They aren't pushy and if you ask for help are quick to do so, I bought and right away lit up one of the cigars that are rolled on premise and must say it was an excellent cigar, definitely buying a bundle for my friends back in NYC. Week goes by still didn't get my cigars, so I decided to call & check the status. SAM on the phone said that they don't have the these cigars that's why they didn't send it. If you don't have the cigars, why do you charge my credit card? 2. why do you advertise something & waste my time, when you don't have the product.? 3. The La Carolina cigars are fantastic but the customer service needs work. Their website will take your money for cigars on back order without telling you there is no expected shipment date. Called every month. was told they were "arriving soon" Had to make over 5 calls for a refund. Always a different story. They may be ok if you live in miami but their mail order is terrible. This place has very good prices on cigars and humidors. However, the humidors they sell are junk -- made in China. I purchased one because their sales materials and website lead you to believe they have something to do with manufacturing the boxes themselves. They don't. I put the key in the lock on my brand new humidor and the entire face of the lock fell off. I didn't expect superlative craftsmanship for $50 ... but I didn't expect complete trash either. Stopped on our way out of Miami and I'm so glad we did. This place was amazing. My boyfriend was looking to get some authentic hand rolled cigars before we left the area so we stopped by. When we walked in we were amazed by the atmosphere it was great. Just as smoky and relaxed as a cigar lounge should be and smelled amazing. The workers were all very friendly and knowledgeable and helped my boyfriend choose a few hand roller cigars which look amazing. While we were there we were offered a bit of Cuban espresso and i can say, as a barista of five years, it was the best espresso I've ever tasted. It was smooth bold and sweet. these guys are bad i purchased a box of 10 RYJ 1875s from them 9/10 cigars were moldy. i emailed them about the moldy cigars they told me that is plume. i know for sure they are not plume. they replied the second time saying "We currently have in inventory and sell this product in the condition you received it". i would love to see them selling moldy cigar to their customer and saying the mold is plume. read more

While visiting I stopped at a few different places and by far this was the best experience of them all. Others may have had a more elegant look but this place was like stepping back in time. I am very disappointed by Cuban Crafters client service team.I've bought months ago, 2 bundles of Don Quijote Robustos and the transaction went smooth and with no problems. I've received the cigars within a month and I must admit I enjoyed ......this Don Quijote very much. I've placed a new order, this time a much more ...expensive one and this time, after 2 whole months, my package is nowhere to be found. The CC client service didn't respond to any of my 4 e-mails, so I've called them to speak directly with somebody, only to get informed that they've send the package by Global service,meaning they can't track it. This is by far THE WORST business I have ever encountered. On December 27, 2011, I ordered an item from their web site that was shown to be in stock. They immediately charged my credit card. I received an email saying the item would be shipped the next day. I never received a shipping confirmation, tracking information or the item itself. Numerous emails to them were never answered. Several telephone conversations promised me a refund which as of today, February 10, has not been received. According to the Better Business Bureau of the greater Miami area, there have been numerous complaints, many of which have not been resolved. I added my complaint to those awaiting resolution. I also requested my credit card company to resolve this issue and get me a refund. The real name of the company is: Nicaragua Tobacco Imports, Inc. No connection to Cuba, as their name implies. I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting your shop just before Xmas holiday. I spent the day in Miami with my niece's husband Louis who wanted to show the the sites of the city. Louis knows that I enjoy a good cigar so this was our first stop in the city. I' m not sure what I enjoyed most, the cup of coffee, the cigar, or the welcoming staff. I left there after purchasing a box of hand rolled cigars which brought back to NH to share with friends. I felt at home from the minute I stepped foot into the building and have passed this information onto friends.
