On a SoCal roadtrip, visiting from Belgium, I passed through Laguna and visited this great cigar lounge. The host and other aficionados made me feel right at home and welcome. Nice, decent cigar selection, and a great deck to sit, relax and do some people watching. What more do you want? Wish I had a cigar lounge like this at home! Will sure go visit next time I am around. This place is 5 stars for the reasons Shanah doesn't like it - not very upscale (ie: pretentious) and basic, like you're home on the patio (sounds great to me), and you can keep the cigarettes anyway, give me a great cigar (which they have a lot of). We came here after escaping the super pretentious, we think we're cooler than you, overpriced joint a few doors south that wants $95 for a ribeye - we'll take Cubana! read more

Great view of the ocean , not a great cigar selection a bit pricey for the decent ones. Great service if Gary is there but non existing if he's not. They create rules that seem to drive customers away if not for the view I wouldn't think it was worth the drive other than Gary. read more

We visited this shop a couple months ago while in Laguna Beach. It is on the 2nd floor of a small shopping center. It is small, but uses wall humidors to save space. There is also outdoor seating available with great views of the ocean! read more

Nice concept. Friendly concierge but the prices are crazy and it just isn't a good place to relax and enjoy a cigar.

We were looking for some cigars for Fourth of July and ran into this place by luck other locations for cigar shops were closed due to the holiday. The staff is very knowledgeable about their cigars and have such a great variety of cigars definitely worth checking out. read more

Excellent selection of cigars, and a million dollar view from the lounge. A great place to sit and have a smoke. They have some wine and beer selections, and though I wish the beer selection was more craft-beer oriented than it is presently, it's still a big recommend. I have gone to many cigar stores in Orange county from Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, or Aliso Viejo. I find this place exceptionally friendly. You can't really ask for a more friendly staff, and prices from $3.95 and up. The view is amazing inside and out a complete ocean view. They also have beer for sale. I keep coming back from the selection and service. Even humidors are nicely priced and large for only $149.00. read more

This is truly a great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. You just can't beat the view and comfort of the place. I've been to many other lounges (Aliso Viejo and Tustin)... Cubana is a great lounge. It has both inside and outside seating with an amazing view of the ocean. The keepers are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and will often sit down to have a smoke with you. The selection is broad and top. Furthermore, I can tell that this place has a good culture and many regulars. Everyone I've met has been welcoming, friendly, and interesting to talk with. read more

just picked up a arturo feunte 'work of art 'and enjoying it on my balcony @ the ritz! great little cigar shop! apparently, you can have a drink and smoke on the balcony which does have some nice views of the ocean. It's located upstairs just in case you're looking for it. read more

My husband and I were in Laguna in horrible traffic. We stopped by Cubana Cigars for a quick beverage. Parking is great there and the view was beautiful. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our quick stop ended up to be a long relaxing break before heading back home in traffic. read more

What a great little cigar shop, hidden upstairs in a tiny group of shops on Coast Highway! Nice selection of cigars, knowledgable, welcoming staff. Very casual and laid back. You can enjoy your smoke inside or outside on the patio and watch the sunset on the ocean across the street. You can even have a Newcastle's or Stone with your 'gar.
