I've had a few storage units in different areas in central NJ in the last 7 years and this one has…read moreworked out the best. The entrance/exit is on a residential road that's not busy, huge driveways made it easy to pull the moving trucks in and out and the road is not busy so that was always stress free. (Compared to a storage facility on the highway). Units are climate controlled and the price is fair for the size. They keep the place very clean. Loading dock is a good height for either my pickup truck or the moving truck we used too. Plenty of big heavyweight carts available(free, and they're always available, you don't even have to ask) to help move stuff from your vehicle to your unit. This helps a lot when moving furniture. And a nice big elevator as you would expect from a storage facility with multiple floors. Staff was always nice and you can set up automatic payments.

I had return a month later November 17 2025 around 1 in the afternoon this time I had Reserve a unit One day Prior when I got there I explain to the lady in the front she wore glasses and had strawberry blonde hair. I had visit there before and really like a unit I seen she Immediately said I could have not and that she was the only one working there I said yes I did visit i also said I Reserved a unit she said it was cancel I said but why I have a week she then began to give me a nasty attitude she continued to be very rude I ask to show me the unit she went head of me like if she hate everything in her life she show me one unit I told her that won't work . I also explain the unit I seen the month before is the one I want can she show me a bigger one I told her the price I was " """quoted she literally began to say that can't be true making me feel like I was lieing !She then mentioned she is the only person there. All our items were packed to ensure no damages occurred. They took their time and made sure all our questions were answered as well. Their communication was on point - they would keep us informed on their journey and they were very efficient with their time. Took them 2 days to travel half way across the country. Once they arrived they were able to unload and reset up all the furniture and placed all the boxes in their appropriate rooms in 3 hours.
