The building was secure and there were cameras everywhere. Driving around it and parking were easy, and the units are relatively easy to find. The GM, Laura, gave me a tour and helped me pick the right size unit for me (a smaller one). Laura also made sure I had no trouble getting in the building with my personal security code. Signing the agreement was quick and easy and Laura was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I'll update this again after my lease term is up, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I saw.

The attic is only accessible through a cut out in the upstairs hallway with a drop-down ladder, and you have to crawl around on your hands and knees to get to stuff. It was also pretty hot up there today. Despite these difficulties, they worked diligently and got the job done in the time we had planned, plus a sofa and a gas grill moved to the dumpster to boot. But not only did they do a great job, but they were also extremely nice to work with. Very responsive .
