With a smile and a positive attitude they continued moving forward, despite the challenges that arose. Their commitment to the safety of the items they're moving while maintaining proper lifting procedures, these two are a true role model for movers to follow. On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing…read moreon my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable. These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back! They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!! I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.

First of all, while other companies replied back through Yelp, Scott was the first one to be like, "We need to talk IRL." So he called and we discussed my needs and what services he had to offer. He sent over his insurance information and a questionnaire to be completed so that he could write out the contract. I received an electronic copy of the contract prior to the arrival of the movers and a paper copy was made available for me to sign upon their arrival. Did I mention that this was all within a few hours of closing? Did I mention that this was for a next day move? This man is an organized machine, I tell you. Following the move, he sent the electronic receipt for payment and I was able to submit an electronic payment (with a small convenience fee tacked on) after the movers left. The two guys showed up EARLIER than expected (I know, right? That NEVER happens!) and immediately got to work wrapping and moving furniture as I finished packing (yes, because I'm a lazy slacker). They moved the furniture, delivering everything as best they could. There were only a few minor cosmetic issues with a few items delivered. Overall, they did a phenomenal job with what they were given to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable company that does business in an organized and professional manner.

It's a very smooth operation... I can honestly say they put the customer first. This is a busy store, but the owner & her employees have an incredible system & work together so well. They were able to get everyone taken care of without a hitch. My fingerprinting appointment was at 1:30 pm & I was taken right on time. The young lady who did my fingerprinting was very nice, professional & explained to me that they use digital fingerprinting for the company that requested my fingerprints. All of the employees working at the counter were pre occupied with personal conversations the entire time, repeatedly interrupting the process of shipping my package. I understand that employees chat with coworkers throughout the day like we all do but there is a difference between casual conversation and making a customer feel like they're interrupting something more important. The employee would type part of my address, turn around to continue her conversation, weigh my package, turn around again to talk to her coworkers, and repeat the cycle throughout the transaction. What should have been a simple shipment took approximately 12 minutes to place a single item in a bag and print a shipping label because the employees seemed far more focused on their personal conversations than the customer standing in front of them. To make matters worse after I paid the employee handed me my tracking receipt and immediately walked away without saying a word no "You're all set," no confirmation that the transaction was complete .nothing. She simply walked away to continue her conversation that i interrupted leaving me standing there wondering if there was anything else I needed to do. Eventually, I just shrugged and left. Professionalism, basic communication, and customer acknowledgment were completely lacking during this visit.

I was told their movers could pack furniture so I packed only my small items. However they made no effort to pack furniture, which were all easy flat pack items. The items arrived with no packaging and so were dented and smashed. The effort was so sloppy. The damage to the items made the move pointless. They can handle boxes but not furniture.

On the day of the move both Cory and Waymon showed up a few minutes early, did a walk through of the house, and then got right to work. My wife and I had packed up most of the stuff already but they wrapped up anything that might get damaged in any way. At the new house they were patient while we pointed out where everything went, and were super careful putting things down on the hardwood floors. To top the entire experience off; a very small support piece from an Ikea piece got misplaced in the move and none of use could find it. We looked through the truck and I really feel like Cory and Waymon did a great job looking for it. Even though we couldn't find it, it must have been in the truck somewhere because the next day they drove back to our new house to return it! Overall I was highly impressed with both Cory and Waymon, and Jaguar Movers as a whole, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to move.

I made my hopefully final move into a house and scheduled them for 9am. I called around 9:20 to find out where they were, no one had contacted me. Said there was a personal emergency and it would be 10:30. 11 rolls around, still nothing. I call again because they are not keeping me updated, they finally arrive around 11:30. It took over six and a half hours, constant complaints of how a third guy wasn't sent, they didn't wrap anything other than my tv, and actually broke off some of the brick on my steps at my new place for how rough they were being with my belongings. And after all that.... A 5% discount. Please do not use Jaguar moving. You and your furniture deserve much better.
