Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.

Moved to a new unit. The manager from another location that was filling in helped me move to a new…read moreunit and close the previous. I currently rent 2 units, so one unit was on autopay while the other was not? Get charged $20 late fee. Not a lot of money but do not appreciate the shenanigans. I told the person to keep the current CC for both units but again they didn't put on autopay. I'd appreciate a refund, but doubtful that can ever be done because the sign on the door says the current new manager would be back at 1:30pm today and waited until 1:55pm and figured no one is showing up so I can dispute the charge. Ever since Quinton resigned or was fired the place is a ghost town and can never get any help except through the automated phone service where "all other managers are taking other calls" BS. It's phone waiting hell at that point. This place is hidden from view and you have drug dealers and people selling dogs visiting this location for exchange. It used to be a safer place but upper management / corporate / owners are saving money by having ZERO security or other people present to have questions like a bogus late fee charge reversed! As soon as I find another place I will be moving.
