Michelle Charles took great care of me! The staff at Cube Storage provided great customer service and professionalism! Storage unit was clean and well organized. The Free Truck and Driver made moving into my 10*10 a breeze. The moving guys were very knowledgeable and fast. All of the rodent poison in the storage warehouse freaked me out but Id rather be safe than sorry. I Rented A Unit And The Lock Was Popped Off Due To The Elevators Being Down Again Everyone Had To Use The Stairs Which Means Everyone Had Unlimited Access To All Floors Which Is Unacceptable. I called about the 5x5x4 foot storage unit. A Rep. called me back promptly. That is when I was informed that the unit is 9 feet off of the ground. A ladder would be made available. I then asked if some sort of lift is provided for heavier object and was told no. This to me is a bait and switch tactic. If any business is willing to start off with a customer like this will most likely not be good experience. I do not recommend doing business like this. read more

Beyond the inconvenient setup for patrons (cubicles being on top of each other to optimize space for the owner but causing inconvenience to customers + lack of lighting inside storage units) the customer service here is nonexistent. What's worse is they've had this issue for years, which leads me to believe the issue is coming from management first. There is literally no desire to be friendly or civilized to the patrons at this facility. I had a conversation with a customer service rep that literally resulted in her cursing while giving a lackluster explanation for her lack of common sense. You can never get in actual contact with a manager to complain either, as they are always out of office or "on vacation". The convenience of their location allows them to keep making money but do not expect to be respected or have a quality experience overall if you choose this facility. read more

Can I give minus one star? I haven't even been to this place and I already have a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with Rosana, the manager. I was given one price over the phone, and since I'm not sure of my exact storage needs I made a reservation for two units with a discount by another representative. When unprofessional Rosana called me back she nastily informed me that I could not get this discount no matter what I had been told. I told her fine and thought I was done. Two days later Rosana calls me again to ask me if I was still interested (????). Then we go through the facts again and she tells me not only can I not get the discount if I cancel I won't get the discount for another unit. Bottom line: go someplace else. read more

Looked up nearest storage in my area..Reserved on line about 5am..received a call back from Felecia..at 9:05 on a Sunday morning (I was impressed) Felecia was Great..I didn't live to far so I ran in and she showed me several rooms I could use.. She was Patient Kind and Understanding!!!! She followed up on calling me everyday which I really appreciated cause I was all over the place!!.. Finally we moved in.. I received a call the next day from the staff to see if I had any questions. I went to the facility over the following weekend to sign my paperwork and dealt with an employee named Kiki. She was great. Very informative and personable and the facility is very clean. I would recommend this place without hesitation. read more

Michelle (General Manager) was so helpful to me. It was my first time moving stuff into a storage unit as a college student from the other side of the country. She told me she had my back and was so nice and understanding during my panic. The staff was friendly and Lucky the driver was helpful as well when I was loading the bus to take my stuff to the storage unit. Overall great experience from this staff and location. read more

I have to say that Michelle went above and beyond in helping me to get my daughter's stuff moved in. I was running late because of traffic and she was willing to and able to play with the the time it took for me to get everything situated. She was able to get the paperwork ready for me quickly as well which also helped me time wise. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised, considering I have had bad storage experiences at other locations in the past, with how helpful and willing to work with me she was. I will definitely be using this facility again and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well run and well managed facility. read more
