I recently ended my contract which I had from 2006. This Storage facility is unlike any other I've seen. It is extremely clean, well-lit and the storage rooms are very easy to access. There is ample parking, you feel safe and you are in a secure setting. The staff are friendly and professional. I ended my contract because I no longer needed storage. Sixteen years is a long time and never did I feel during those years the need to go elsewhere. Should I have storage needs in the future, I would definitely return. read more

The storage facility is extremely clean, climate controlled and easy to access. The units are good sizes and also are extremely clean. The hours are pretty good, though I wish they were open a bit later in the evening. The units are definitely on the more expensive side, but you do get one the cleaner, more friendly storage centers I've come across. read more

Very disappointed customer!!! I'm usually a big fan of Westys Lake Sucess location. However I arrived at Westys today at 5:42pm to find the entrance gate closed with no way of entering. There is a sign on the gate that states the gate will close 15 min prior to closing. Normally I would leave but I had a very important small item to remove from my small storage unit that I needed for work. So I called Westys and got a answering machine. Now keep in mind the hours are 8am to 6pm. So even though the gate was closed someone should still be working and answering the phone. I left a detailed message and no response nothing. I feel like my personal belongings are being held hostage at a very steep fee per month. There was a white car parked inside leading to believe that someone was still there. This is a horrible way of doing business and I will rethink my monthly rental at Westys as the location is not access friendly even during there hours of operation. read more

The staff is very courteous and friendly. The storage units are actually more affordable then I thought, the place looks like a museum SPOTLESS!!! I'd recommend this place to store all your treasures and beyond! It does not look like a self-storage facility, it is so fancy and state of the art, LOVE IT! read more
