They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. We originally booked for two weeks - took one week to pack, two days to unpack. BoxUp was able to pick up the crates early and get them out of our way. Reuben did the drop-off and pick-up and was very professional. BoxUp also conveniently offers other packing material to be delivered with the crates. They scheduled a zoom/facetime walk-thru of my apartment to see what I needed and to give me a better quote. It was one price that wouldn't change, no matter the hours or added last minute box. Of course my move was scheduled and it had to snow. Thankfully this didn't stop them. 4 guys showed up right on time (during a snow storm on a friday morning rush hour in the city). They walked thru and got a game plan, then brought up all the blankets and plastic wrap and got to work. TVs were dismounted and put in boxes, mattresses were put in boxes as well. The amount of blankets they used to wrap my furniture made me so happy. While they took their time, they were still hustling - running from the truck to the apartment. Once we got to my new place, they covered my stairs with runners and wore plastic booties to ensure my floors weren't messed up. I wish I had bought the wall mount for my TVs for my new place, because they offered to set me up. The only thing I was disappointed about was that my couch didn't fit thru the garage entry so it was left in the garage. I wish they had tried thru the front door but they were adamant that it still wouldn't fit. After 7 hours, I wasn't going to push them. Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably.
