They let me keep the bins for as long as I needed them and, when I was unpacked, they came that same day to get them. This is a small family run operation and with that, they had such great customer service. They really care about people and it was super refreshing to work with them. Every other company wanted to give an estimate over the phone. I secured the move a week in advance and they arrived on time. These 3 guys move a 4 bedroom house with 2nd den in 3 hours (no packing, furniture only). They were professional and mindful to not damage anything during the move. I was slightly upset they couldn't move my toolbox, but to be fair it is quite heavy (1,000+lbs) and I didn't discuss it with them beforehand. Overall I am very happy with my moving experience and highly recommend all in one movers to anyone requiring moving services.

I was giving an…read moreestimate of $330 plus $165 trip charge for 2 movers and the truck for an estimated move time of 2 hours for a 1 bedroom single story house with 12 boxes. The mover crew I got were FAR from quick or experienced. The final bill was for 8.1 hours $1,320. 400% over the estimate! Bottom line they do not know how to estimate or do speedy SMALL moves. Better off with a more well know company. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. To set the record straight for potential future customers let me add: 1. My first move with you was almost exactly the same distance. 2. The heat at the time of my first move with you was almost identical. 3. I had a full bedroom less of furniture for the second move remaining was identical. 4. You attempt to explain the the 400% increase in time by saying the trip from the truck to the destination took additional 7 minute walk is not reasonable. They made 20 trips from truck to destination adding apx 140 minutes or 2.33 hours at the worst. NOT the additional 6.5 hours over your estimate. Still saying a small 1 bedroom home takes 8.5 hours for two men. Buyer Beware.
