So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

The only consistent communication we had with them was about money, and even that was slow, confusing, and unprofessional. I followed their instructions, and now the deposit is gone--I never received a refund on my credit card or through any other means. That in itself felt sketchy and dishonest. But it gets worse. When the movers arrived, they were clearly under the influence and actively smoking marijuana while handling our belongings. It was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about the safety of our property. Now that we've started unpacking, we've realized that many of our items are missing. These are not small or easily overlooked things--they're significant personal belongings. It honestly feels like we were robbed. When I got back to where they were and found the chain on my counter I realized it was my emerald/diamond/18k gold chain from my father over 20 years ago! Talk about honest!
