    I was shocked to mail a small padded envelope 8x5 to England ups wanted $95.00. I went to post office more like $30.00 !

    UPDATE: I will say that the store owner did reach out to me personally, which shows that he is…read moreinvolved and genuinely cares about customer feedback. I appreciate that effort. However, it doesn't change my previous experiences at this location or the issues I've encountered. Hopefully this feedback leads to improvements, and I look forward to seeing better service at this location moving forward. From the moment I walked through the door, an employee, a larger man with an afro hairstyle was unnecessarily rude. While there was a line of customers waiting, he was speaking loudly about how people who choose to wait in long lines are inconsiderate and that he personally would leave if he saw a business that busy because he is a considerate person. It came across as a very indirect criticism of the customers who were standing there waiting for service. Several customers ahead of me visibly reacted by looking back and rolling their eyes. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve when it was my turn to be assisted. I had approximately 12 Amazon return packages with me. While processing my returns, the employee commented that there was a local clothing store nearby where I could try on clothes before purchasing them. He then laughed with a coworker. The implication was clear, that I should shop in person rather than order items online and return them. Whether intended as a joke or not, the comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and insulting. As a paying customer, I do not expect to be mocked or judged for using a service that your business provides. Additionally, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no thank you during the interaction. Just the sound of an employee phone playing music to drown out any clear conversation. I will say this is the usual employee conduct in this location as each and every time I go the service gets worse and worse. Management needs to intervene and correct this ASAP.

    I've been coming to this UPS Store location for a while, and one thing that really stands out…read morelately is the atmosphere inside. There is absolutely no music playing anymore. They used to play good music, and it honestly made the place feel more welcoming and upbeat. Now, the store feels very quiet and a bit uncomfortable. I genuinely don't know how the employees can work all day in that environment--it just feels flat. From a customer's perspective, it even looks like the staff are less upbeat, which is understandable. I truly believe morale and productivity would improve if they were allowed to play some light background music again. The employees still do their jobs, but the overall vibe could be so much better with something as simple as music. Hopefully management considers bringing it back--it would make a big difference for both staff and customers.
