The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. To top it off they were so nice. Please use this business for your shopping needs! You won't regret it with the service they give & you'll be keeping a small business going.

I'm in here at least once, sometimes twice a day due to being a vintage reseller. There is very…read morefew "offical" Fed Ex locations and this location is convenient to both work and home which is a blessing. The staff is always courteous. Despite being in there every day they still always ask me if I want a receipt, which of course I always do. Even after over a year of seeing these people daily I still don't know any of them. The parking is tight due to being wedged between a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Five Guys in an already undersized lot. Pulling out going left is problematic too. I do wish the parking was better or that Starbucks would move since they are the source of the problem. There should not be a drive thru in such a small configuration. I do wish that Fed Ex staff were more helpful when I've had problems or lost packages, especially since this is an official Fed Ex store, but they refer you to the toll free number which leads you to an operator in India and alot of frustration. In terms of who damages/loses my packages less often of the two evils being UPS and Fed Ex, Fed Ex does do a better job at actually getting it there unscaved, but they're not perfect and when there is a problem it's impossible to resolve.

They were excellent all around, from Amy, the moving coordinator, to Josh, Joe and Neil the three gentlemen that performed my move. Communication from Amy was clear, prompt and friendly. The movers arrived right on time for an 8 am start. They knew their stuff. In addition to moving a couch, desk, and chair among other items, they moved my 55" flat screen tv and my Queen-sized sleep number bed with no problems. They do charge an up charge to pack the tv into a specific moving box for flat screens, which I thought was fair and much better than them simply trying to wrap it. They worked quickly and were done loading in 90 minutes. They were also familiar with my new building and knew where to park to unload and quickly got me set up and everything was completed by 1 pm. Moving is stressful, and the movers saw me when I was not at my best, and their friendliness, good humor, and competence really helped me get through the day. I thought the pricing was competitive for a professional service. I did call other companies to compare, and one of them wanted to charge 3x the price to move the flat screen tv, and didn't want any responsibility for the sleep number bed!! Just silly. Thalia and her husband were great, and even stayed late on a Saturday to get me registered in my unit on the day I drove from Fort Leavenworth, KS. The best part was when I was ready to clear the unit... very simple, and no tricks. I always expect businesses to screw me in the fine print with some kind of 30-day notice or other BS. Not the case here. Fair, honest, and easy. Great family owned business. I would definitely use them again.
