I had to complete a return at this location from a retailer I purchased from. My experience was seamless and quick! I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door and helped immediately. And they were definitely busy. But the customer service was still top tier! I will definitely utilize this location in the future. I frequent this UPS store because I frequent MOMs, Pure Raw, and The Joint .... All located in the same shipping center. There's almost always a line. It goes quickly. Great customer services, everyone's always so friendly. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the WIFI connection. If you're inside the store and need WIFI to pull up your QR code for Amazon returns then you're out of luck. Sometimes you can get a connection at the front the door (standing directly next ti the front door). Majority of the time you have to go outside of the store, stand near another store with free WiFi to get a connection. I don't understand that and it's such an inconvenience. Note to self, sharing with you guys. Screenshot your Amazon QR code at home to save the trouble. read more

I dropped a package in November, it was an Amazon return. and something went wrong that there's no update on the package. I called UPS and I called Amazon, all they say is just you need to talk to the other side. If the package is lost it is lost, no one can give the refund for the Amazon package. The staff was pleasant, but I do not suggest you come here if you need to print a label of any kind. I only received "scan to email" services today which was fine, but when I opted to ask about printing a shipping label, the charge was $5 service fee plus $0.20/page! The employee let me know they charge a $5 fee to print any type of label (copy paper or not).. this is insane considering locations across town charge as little as a dollar or free of charge. This must be an individual store policy unfortunately, franchise be damned. read more

We came in with 8 boxes of cookies that were not packed and they swiftly and efficiently packed our cookies snuggly to ship. We were immediately acknowledged when walking through the door. Honestly this was the friendliest and fastest service I've ever received shipping holiday goodies. The boxes were taller than needed so we brought a ton of packing supplies, but the UPS team member cut the boxes down to fix perfectly around the cookie tins we were shipping. I cannot stress how nice it was to ship from this location. They also managed to answer the phones, great entering customers while simultaneously packing, taping and printing for our shipment. Yes, this UPS location sometimes has really long lines (really, really long). It's true. Definitely not the best customer service I've received at a UPS store either (maybe because of the lines and they're just trying to get through people as quickly as possible). But it's also a place I trust to get my packages where they need to go and the location is very convenient for me. If you stop by in the evening, the lines don't tend to be as long. read more

I would give this location one star, but I have had good experiences here in the past. Which is a bummer because now I have to find a new UPS Store. Recently I placed an order online and one of the UPS locations offered to ship to was this location. I placed the order, which shipped in two different shipments. I picked the first one up with ease, no problems at all. The second one, I got a notification that the package was declined. I gave the store a call and the man on the other end was honestly unreasonably mad at me for asking why they declined the package. He explained that they refused it because I didn't have a box there and/or I didn't have UPS MyChoice. I then let him know that I was in fact a UPS MyChoice customer and that I picked up a package there last week. He then said to me that it must have been the scanners that gave him wrong information (lol wut???) and that I needed to call the main UPS customer service to have it resent to the location. So after 20 minutes of my day, I called UPS Customer Service and was on hold for 15 minutes and finally got to speak with someone. They confirmed my MyChoice account and said they would resend the package there and I could pick it up the next day. Next day I get a call from the UPS Store on Vero saying they have my package because the store at the Rotunda refused it AGAIN! Dang. Really? I will be heading to the UPS Store on Vero Rd to get my package and honestly will use them for all my future needs. This experience has been frustrating to say the least. womp womp. read more

Have spent hundreds of dollars here, shipping holiday gifts and the like over the last two years. Won't be returning. Came in to print items, was told I could using the computer. No mention of any price by the person behind the counter. I tried to turn the computer on, was told you have to put your card in to activate. Prices are posted NOWHERE. Card is automatically charged to "use" the computer, before you even find out what the price is. That is illegal. When I said "I do not authorize that" the store staffer was incredibly rude. Didn't offer a refund. Didn't offer to make it right. Just insinuated that I had "used" the computer (even though I hadn't) and that I could call back on monday. Will not be returning, ever. $4 to print something? Are you kidding? And 30 cents a page? FedEx is 17 cents and no ambush fee. You can't charge someone money to view the prices. That's illegal. Sorry not sorry, will be taking my christmas and birthday shipping elsewhere. read more

I came at about an hour to close on a Monday night with what I expected to be a couple of routine returns to Amazon. There was a significant line and only one person, Quentin, manning the store. To his credit, he greeted every customer who stepped into the building and wished them a good evening. I could easily have imagined him becoming flustered and overwhelmed at the seemingly endless cascade of humanity flowing through that door but he was cordial all the way through. At any rate, there happened to be sooner sort of glitch on Amazon's part which wouldn't allow me to use a QR code. Quentin patiently gave me the rundown of what to say to the Amazon rep on the phone. Ultimately, Amazon was of little help and Quentin helped me print out the necessary labels--and by this time it's after the store has closed! I have to commend him on his unwavering professionalism and going above and beyond the call of duty. If the owner/UPS corporate is reading: give Quentin a raise and some team members to help him out! read more

My husband and I were in Maryland recently for his grandfather's funeral. We needed specific prints (a 8.5x11 and 150 copies of a pocket-sized card) made for the viewing and didn't have much turnaround time. I called different stores and UPS promised to have the prints done at the time I specified (noon on a Friday). The viewing would be in the afternoon, so we thought we had plenty of time to pick up the prints and get to the funeral home on time. On Friday morning, I called again to ensure we were on track. The manager assured me that they were. She called an hour later to say they had printed the 8.5x11 and were in the process of printing the pocket-sized card. I thanked her and asked again to confirm that the prints would be ready by 12. She assured me they would be. An hour or so later, she called back saying that they were experiencing issues with printing the card. I asked what issues they were. She said there were two PDFs submitted for one print order and asked what they were for. I told her that they were the front and back of the card (which I had specified in the order) and she said okay. Around 12:15, we arrived at the UPS store thinking that we'd do a quick pick up and be on our way. No such luck. They were still printing the cards. Throughout the next few hours, they came to us with multiple issues, including: - printing the 8.5x11 in such a way that only 1/3 of it was showing - printing the cards on the wrong size and paper - printing the cards double-sided but with the wrong orientation - cutting the cards and cutting off the text/image - eventually, running out of paper because they made so many errors After a few hours, they were finally done and we were on our way. It wasn't until later that we realized that some of the cards were printed incorrectly (wrong orientation for a double-sided print). It was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. We had planned to bring lunch to my MIL and some of her relatives, had gotten lunch to go and ended up finishing our lunches while waiting. The job was done 2.5 hours after the promised time, so we were late to the viewing. The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because 1) Yelp does not allow 0 stars and 2) they refunded our order. read more

When I finished with my administrative service, I asked if I he had a prestamped envelope I could use. He told me to get a three dollar padded envelope (for two pieces of paper) and when I got ready to fill out the envelope, he said he only sold books of stamps. I didn't need a book of stamps and the guy behind me in line started yelling at me for taking too long. The woman working started laughing, assuming it agreeing with the man yelling. Question then got hostile and told me in a condescending tone to return the envelope to the shelf. No please thank you or you're welcome. I will not be patronizing this ups store again. read more

DON'T COME HERE! The manager, Chris Richburg, does NOT know how to deal with customers, nor does he know much about printing. When I first entered, I asked another clerk if their location had RESUME paper. He wasn't sure what that was, so he told me to wait until the manager was finished with a customer and then would assist me further. I waited 10 MINUTES--and afterwards, the manager, Chris, turned to me and simply said, "yes, we have resume paper". Does it really take that long for a simple answer? In UPS Land, it does. I emailed the resume to Chris and it took an additional 10 minutes for him to print it. It's only three pages! Was he chopping down the tree that it took to make the paper? The world may never know. After 20 minutes of waiting, Chris comes out with--you guessed it--NOT resume paper. When I mentioned that it was not the specific that I so CLEARLY asked for, he shrugged and said it was "quality, thick, glossy paper". I don't care if it was printed on his @$$. It was NOT what I asked for! He then proceeded to debate with me about the issue, reclaiming that he gave me the best paper he has. If I had known they didn't have resume paper, I would have went elsewhere. I asked to speak to someone about it and he replied, "I'm the manager." At that point, I thought he had to be joking. I requested the contact information for someone above him and--get this--HE GAVE ME HIS BUSINESS CARD!!!! Y'all should have seen my face! Was he really that clueless or was it all one, big, ruse? You decide! Then he goes--wait for it--"You don't have to take it if you don't want it." In the end, I took the resumes that I no longer wanted, because I was completely out of time. Once I mentioned I'd call HQ to place a formal complaint, he offered to refund me back for the paper. Only... he didn't know how to do the refund! Another 5 minutes down the drain and money wasted. I even watched as another group of customers left the store completely dissatisfied with the service they received by him, mentioning they'd go to FedEx instead. I wish I could have followed their lead. UPS, if you can read this--get this man some customer service TRAINING! read more

We had an appointment for notary at 10 am. We walked in right at 10 and there was a line that went very quickly. Quentin helped us and was very professional, competent, and efficient. The female that works here is so rude it's ridiculous. This is my second interaction with her now and she is god awful every time for no reason. I've seen her completely IGNORE customers who ask her legitimate questions (and it's not when she's busy!), and when I've gone in she's ALWAYS nasty and short. The times I've gone in it has also NOT been busy, so she can't use that as an excuse. Management needs to step in. So inappropriate. read more

BEWARE. This store lost a package containing all my husband's identity information and notarized documents for accepting a job offer. The tracking number they gave never worked/was never created, even though we paid approximately $60 to have it shipped overnight. Now, my husband has to set up extra identity and fraud protection, as the package contained copies of his social security card, green card, passport. And in terms of compensation for the shipping fees, he's getting the run around and was told this isn't a real UPS store. They just pay to use the logo. Complete incompetence! read more

This is my 3rd poor experience with the store in the Rotunda. First they wanted to charge me 5.00 to print a prepaid UPS label. I went there to have documents notarized. They guy who notarized them didn't have his notary book to record his work, he didn't even ask the customary notary questions to confirm the documents. neither did he actually look at what he was signing. Once he was done I had to proof the documents myself and return to him multiple times to have him finish the documents. I will not go back to this store other than a no box required amazon shipment and neither should you. Make sure you get a receipt for the shipment though!!! read more

Sold item online for $300; eBay deducted $55 for shipping and other charges; totally $244; took the sold item to UPS and they said that the shipping was covered but I get notification that UPS was charging my bank $133 for additional shipping costs. I came in to print off a label for Amazon package first off all of the other UPS stores that I've been in will have the information upfront of how much it cost to print off the label as well as the email address to be able to proactively send the label to the email address without having to wait in line to get up to the front of the line to then ask for the email address to then have to type it in and wait for the employee to go back and print. It's just a waste of time so I get to the front of the line it takes like five minutes for finally to be printed out and then the employee tells me that it's $5 to print off the label but then I also have to pay another $.20 for the cost of the printing so to print off this label was going to be $5.20 but there was no marking anywhere of how much the label cost to be printed off which I feel like is completely unacceptable because you are wasting people's time that they wait in line To print out the label because Amazon gives no option for a QR code at UPS now only to find out that cost $5.20 to print off a label that is a complete scam and unacceptable and I do realize the charge is set for independent UPS so the fact that this UPS is charging $5.20 to print off a label is unacceptable and I definitely will not be going there not return anything but also not a ship anything because if they're charging $5.20 for a shipping label what other crazy fees will they be tacking on. Other UPS charge a dollar and that's fine I can understand what the cost of ink and paper but $5.20 is unacceptable especially the fact then I question what is the five dollars for if we're still spending $.20 to do the actual printing. read more

There is a problem in this store with the level of training of the staff. I tried to ship out of the country and they can't figure it out. Wanted me to pay 94$ and took it to USPS and it was easy and cost about 14$. Not the first time. I had other problems with a shipment returned to the store but no one called me and I had to do a lot of calling and tracking. I got blown off by the staff and the manager.They told me they would call back and never did and the manager never bothered to get back to me. I will never use this store ever again. read more

Small store, but clean and gets the job done The 2 main (perhaps only) employees at this location, Mike and Jonathan, are both friendly guys. The only services I've used at this UPS is to pick up my UPS packages or to drop off my packages for returns to different vendors. SInce my packages already come with the prepaid labels, all they need to do is scan it and give me the drop off receipt. Each one of my visit takes about 1 min since there's no line. read more
