They accept that amount, then tell you your items were way over and leave half your stuff behind and it's going to cost you twice the amount. I used them a year ago, and still am angry about this practice. Call BBB and complain if you have the same issue. In this lawless era, it's time the consumer was protected again, even if it's only in getting the word out.
