A great coffee shop in Condesa. They make their own coffee. Their horchata with coffee on ice is super delicious. The breakfast options add also great. The space is calm. A great place for folks to gather and catch up. I brought some freshly roasted beans back. Quite delicious. Definitely will be back. read more

Style Over Substance? A Mixed Brew in Condesa Cucurucho in Condesa offers a beautifully designed, modern space that's clean, calm, and buzzing with both locals and travelers. It's the kind of café that looks like it should be great. We ordered two Americanos and an "Immortal" sparkling water. The Immortal was the highlight--made with real honey, lemon, and electrolytes, it had a refreshing, slightly salty kick that tasted genuinely revitalizing. The Americanos, on the other hand, were underwhelming: made in drip form, served lukewarm, with a bit too much milk. Not bad--but far from memorable. Ordering was quick, but oddly, it took quite a while to receive our drinks. With six staff behind the bar, we expected faster service for such a simple order and had to follow up ourselves. The total came to USD $13, which is fair for the area, though the quality didn't quite match the price. A nice place to sit--but come more for the ambiance than the coffee. Más Estilo que Sabor: Café Regular en un Espacio Bonito Cucurucho, en la Condesa, tiene un diseño moderno y limpio, con ambiente relajado y una clientela mixta de locales y extranjeros. Promete mucho al entrar. Pedimos dos americanos y un agua mineral "Immortal". Esta última fue lo mejor: miel real, limón y electrolitos, con un sabor refrescante y un toque salado muy agradable. Los americanos, sin embargo, no destacaron: hechos en filtro, algo tibios y con demasiada leche. El pedido fue rápido, pero los cafés tardaron. The service was extremely poor. I ordered an Americano coffee, and they didn't have a ceramic cup to serve it in. (They only have ceramic cups for espresso; the rest of the coffee is served in paper cups.) Afterwards, I asked them to change it to a double espresso and asked for a cup of hot water (so I could make my own coffee), and they told me they had to charge me extra for the hot water when each coffee cost over $3 in Mexico City, this is ridiculous! . The prices are outrageous, and the service is terrible. read more

This beautiful cafe is a great place to grab coffee or a quick bite. The latte helado is good. They have milk alternatives. The special bagel is absolutely delicious! I look forward to going back to try some of the pastries and cakes. read more

Yum yum! I walked past this place today and quickly looked at their reviews. Found a few photos of almond croissant. Turned my back and headed in to grab one. Wow! It really reminds me of the almond croissant that I get from Matto in NYC. Haven't tried their coffee or any of their drinks, but would love to stop by again sometime to do so. Amazing service and vibe. Stumbled upon this coffee shop after a long day at the pyramids, just a few blocks from our airbnb and so glad we decided to stop in to refuel. Got the masala chai and the horchata con espresso and loved them both. Friendly service and we were served our drinks promptly. This is located in La Condesa and across from the coffee shop is some of the most beautiful Spanish style bulidings. read more

We stayed in this area and walked past it on our way to the park. Came back the very next day and got the horchata con espresso and berry toast. The toast was exactly what I needed after eating fried food the past 2 days. They mixed the nuts with either honey or maple syrup and put spices like nutmeg that worked so perfectly together. read more

Glad we stumbled by this coffee shop. Menu is easy to understand even if you don't know Spanish. Drinks are tasty as I was a big fan of the Horchata with Espresso. It was easy to drink and not too sweet. Service was fast and they take credit card. There's some seating outside if you like. They also offer a small selection of pastries and water if you wanna get something else. read more

Extremely rude service. Woman wanted to charge extra when no extra charge was listed for extra milk when I was not asking for any more milk (and 15 pesos which is almost a dollar). Drinks are already upper end on price and so with this service and trying to charge extra, I would not recommend or return. The one in Roma is FAR better. read more

This place is a total gem! I had the BEST chai tea latte of my entire life. Completely blown away. The pastries and cookies are also very tasty. We will be coming here every day until we have to go back to LA! read more

More than likely, although the restaurant and atmosphere were beautiful, I'd go elsewhere for better food at a better price.
