Everything that went into creating my dog's "clone" was positive, and the quality of their work is amazing. I had a clone made 9 months ago of my dog Duffy, who passed away from cancer. That clone has been the one thing that has offered some comfort for myself & my family following Duffy's passing. It looks EXACTLY like him! So I really don't know where to start. 1st, paying the extra for rush production only for it to take three weeks to get from production to "headquarters" to be shipped. SCAM. The fabric is very thin polyester and has a plastic-like feel, not what I expected based on the product description. The pet images printed on the pajamas are noticeably blurry and lack detail, even though the photo I uploaded was clear and high quality. Overall, the pajamas feel cheaply made for how much they cost. I understand that custom items can't always be returned, but that information wasn't obvious to me when ordering, and I wouldn't have purchased them if I'd known how low the quality would be. My kids won't even wear them, which is frustrating given the price. Customer service was polite but ultimately just referred me back to their policy and wouldn't offer any resolution.
