Our pup was still very nervous and scared but they took great care of her while she was there. They were so kind and gentle with her from what I saw when I dropped her off and picked her up. They also did a wonderful job and cut her exactly how I wanted her cut. The only thing I would recommend they do moving forward is to overestimate the time it will take. They told me 3 hours and after 4 hours, our pup still wasn't ready. We had a training session booked so I had to have them rush the rest of the service. Next time I'll know to make an appointment earlier in the day and expect it to take most of the day.

Angel is a mix breed but mostly Maine Coon (a long furry cat that looks like a little lion). When the owner showed up she came into our home and of course our cat was not real excited to see any one new so my daughter got her carrier and she was put in there (no problem). I was asked how I wanted her trimmed.I replied : Bathe her, just thin her out and even her up don't shave her. When she was brought back into our home and let out of the carrier she looked like a 'rat' most all of her fur was removed. When I came out of 'shock' I was told she had two really bad mats and she wouldn't have looked right unless she took her fur all the way down. My daughter said she looked like a scissors cut not a 'even' clippers type cut. My biggest concern is she was in our driveway only a few steps from our front door,'why did she not come into the house and ask me to come out and see what she said she had to do before just doing it' ? She was here for less than a half hour and now in my opinion she may have just taken the fastest way to get done and collect the fee. Bathe,cut,dry,and moisturize was supposed to all be done. Maybe her two children were getting restless ,I don't know but we won't be using her services again. Too high of a price for services ( $100 ) and we don't think she acted like the professional she should have been.

We have had two poodle mixes, one a senior dog named Ruffie who passed a little over a year ago, and the other a schnoodle named Jarvis. You can always tell a good groomer by the reaction of your dogs to arriving, especially our late senior dog, who would shake and whine even passing some prior groomers shops on the road. But both dogs couldn't wait to see Katie. Even in the final days of our precious Ruffie's time with us, when I'm sure his difficulty standing and sensitivity from his cancer made him difficult to groom, he came home looking wonderful as always and had an extra spring in his step. It was one of his last "good" days, and I'll forever be grateful for the care she showed him. It's tough to find a good groomer, and even tougher to find one with whom your pets are comfortable and enjoy the experience. Her pricing is in line with other groomers in the area, and she has always been flexible with us on appointments, even when my wife's unpredictable health or my crazy work schedule make things more difficult. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

After my groomer, who was coming to my home, decided to take a hiatus ( without any warning or…read morenotice) We were left somewhat panicked. That groomer also worked at a dog Salon, which was an option, but the recent YELP reviews were awful. Our dog is a puppy mill rescue, who had been abused and can be fear aggressive when confined with anything around her neck. She's never bitten anyone but gets snappy if you pull on her. So we need a groomer who gets that..... 95% of the time this dog is a lap dog, desperate for affection. She's also actually afraid of people and other dogs, terrified of cages,( she was in a cage for the first two years of her life)which is why going to a regular dog Salon was the least favorite option. So enter Furryland! We have had two groomers. Both were excellent. Both listened beforehand to her history and her trigger points. Amanda now has been her groomer the last few times and the actual grooming is terrific. She really did what I asked regarding her ears, which is difficult on a Doodle. Our original groomer just always kind of did it her way. Lol. But most importantly, our dog wasn't stressed. And before anyone asks, we have always used vet prescribed sedation to reduce anxiety. But it didn't yield the same results with our prior home groomer. So overall, the grooming results were terrific, the commutation via text while your pup is in the van is excellent, the personality and listening skills of both Amanda and staff have been so pleasant to deal with.

We were buying goldfish and not some high-end fish!!! She refused to sell us fishes because our tank was up to her size requirement and the water needs to sit. Like I said it's a goldfish!!!!!! As soon as they got the confirmation that he was officially my dog, they worked with me very quickly to get all his medical needs cared for. I have two other dogs and kittens who all receive the same awesome care, my pets actually feel like they are THEIR priority too - not just mine!
