Second time here and very disappointed, they don't respect the times of your appointments. My appointment was at 10:00 am and I have been waiting for 2 hrs and still counting. They're not so busy, only my daughter and other kid but Only 1 Dr working and 2 assistants. We stayed cause I couldn't find another dentist near me with available appointments. I typically avoid leaving "bad" reviews, I'm sure everyone knows the old saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing"... BUT when a business waits 19 months to bill for a service, I feel like others should be aware that they might receive a bill long after they visit this office. We saw this dentist once, a year and a half ago now, we were the only patient in the office for an appointment first thing in the morning, yet, we still waited (son was in the dentist chair) for at least 30 minutes, when I finally sought out someone I found the dentist on the phone (apparently trying to reach my insurance company(?). Flashback: When I made the appointment I asked if the dentist was in network with Cigna (it was a pretty new office, so I thought maybe it wasn't showing on Cigna's page yet bc it had only been opened for maybe a month(?)). The dentist was handling a lot of the front office stuff at the time, which makes sense in a brand new office that is not part of a corporation, she told me "Yes, I'm in network with Cigna." So when I found her on the phone, after waiting for so long, she was saying that my Cigna plan was "maybe" not "in network" - but she handed the phone off to her front desk person, to conduct the exam and cleaning. (This is when she should have rescheduled, or at least offered to reschedule) At the end, she told me that she is "in network" but X-rays weren't covered by Cigna (they've been covered by every other dentist we've seen since) and that it was some amount for the X-rays (less than $10 I believe). Ok, whatever, once she had actually come to do the exam and cleaning I was generally satisfied with her and the office, so I scheduled the next cleaning. When it came time for the next appointment, I got a voicemail that they needed to change our appointment and asking me to call to reschedule. I tried calling, and couldn't get anyone to answer, tried leaving voicemails, no response. I even sent a text to the number the dentist had texted me from when I made the first appointment, which I was told was the office's number to receive text messages. Nothing. THEN, I get an email with a new appointment day and time, but we were going to be out of town. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, and texting... NO RESPONSE. (I sent the same text, with our availability for a 2 week period, at least 5 times between receiving that email and the "new" appointment date). The "new" appointment date arrives, and I get a call asking if we're going to be there. At which time I share about my efforts to reach out to reschedule the "new" appointment that was assigned to us, but since I couldn't reach anyone for over 3 weeks, we decided we would see a different dentist. Then the dentist gets on the phone to share that there was a death in her family which required her to change some appointments, I told her I understand that, and that we weren't going elsewhere simply bc the appointment was changed (we understand that a small business like hers sometimes has to change appointments bc we're all human and things happen) we decided to bring our son somewhere else because of the complete lack of communication and inability to reach someone to modify the "new" appointment. A few months later, I received another call from the dentist asking if we would like to schedule our son's cleaning, since he was more than 6 months from his last. So I reminded her that we were seeing a new dentist. Now, 19 months after seeing this dentist we received a bill (for the very first time) for over $200 for X-rays that apparently weren't covered by insurance (?) from the bill, it looks like she was actually "out of network" (technically, that's "my fault") but she said she was "in network" and at the end of the appointment gave no indication that she was "out of network" - only that one mention that she was "maybe" not "in network" right before coming to complete the exam and cleaning. read more

We've had two visits with this dentist this year and both were awful. The first time, the dentist missed a lot of issues with my child's teeth and only noticed when I brought it up. We still decided to go back with her to get the issues fixed and the second visit was a disaster. We ended up declining the service and walking out. The staff is unorganized. Does not return your call. I had to call them weeks apart since they never called back. On our second visit, we waited almost an hour before things started moving and even then they weren't prepared. And the dentist had to nerve to get upset when we asked questions, which were valid questions as she was going to put my child under anesthesia. I could tell the dentist was trying to rush us instead of being understanding that we had questions before she put our child through the anesthesia (after we waited for almost an hour to even be seen in the first place) and was so overwhelmed because they had booked 3 appointments at the same time.
