I stumbled upon an article in the Greenville News about this new luxury dog hotel opening. I…read moreimmediately rsvp'd for the opening and took my 2 dogs (one of which is diabetic and blind) to the grand opening event. I received a full tour of the facilities (including the spa) and all my questions were answered. What was most impressive to me is that when I informed them that my fur baby is diabetic and received insulin injections 2x daily, they didn't tell me they couldn't accommodate him. Several of the staff members are trained in administering insulin so I was immediately put at ease. The level of service and attention to detail received at Noble Dog Hotel far supersedes my expectations. The staff really does treat your pet as their own! My diabetic dog got sick while there and the staff offered to take him to the vet and checked on him all the while he was there. My other dog is a staffordshire pup with a TON of energy. They are very patient with him and I never feel uncomfortable with how he's handled. I highly recommend Noble Dog Hotel. It's a definite gem in Greenville!!

I appreciate that the groomers understand the GSD coats and have never attempted to cut their fur (that would be a mess). I always add the nail grind to their bath appointments and they've come home without any issue (due to their size, we've had groomers in the past be rough and hurt their legs). We also enjoy the option to drop them off for a half or full day of daycare--they are usually totally worn out after a 6 hour half day. I don't worry about them when they are at Noble Dog, but I do enjoy checking in on the cameras. I appreciate their updates when we pick them up at the end of the day, it is funny how social they can be when we are away!

He always checks whether she will do ok with other dogs. He would give her a private place if she ever needs to be alone. I don't need to worry about her getting her medicine, either. She sees it all as a vacation. When I pick her up, he always gives a complete report about anything he has noticed about her health or behavior. She gets such personal care.

We recently moved to Florida and miss Gary deeply. He was such an important part of our lives while we were living in Greenville! I found him from a simple Google search and felt that he was our angel while we were in town. He always made time to take care of Blue, even when I reached out last minute. Gary would often send him home with presents, outfits, and other little treats. I never saw my dog as excited as when we were arriving in Gary's driveway! Over the two years we were in Greenville, our dog became more elderly and required significantly more care, including frequent medications. Gary never faltered or complained and took care of Blue like he was his own. He doted over our dog and they truly had the most special relationship. I would trust Gary with any and all of my babies, I wish he would have moved with us! We will always think of Gary and his love for Blue when we remember our time in Greenville.

After reading several ads on Craigslist and Yelp, I decided to call In Good Hands. I left a voicemail, and within 10 minutes Patty phoned me back to arrange a "Meet and Greet" for the following day. From the moment we opened the door, we all fell in love with Patty (meaning, Holly, Lucy and I). Not only is she kind, fun, and bubbly but this woman truly, honestly and sincerely is NUTS about dogs. Both Lucy AND Holly, normally very reserved with strangers, took to her immediately! She is more dependable than the postal service, will do anything to accommodate you (several times upon learning I had to work late she has had absolutely no problem making an unexpected visit), and leaves little treats behind sometimes. My dogs definitely get a good workout as well - in the evenings they aren't tearing through the house - they are relaxed and happy.
