Josh is one of the most professional, hard-working, and trustworthy guys I have ever met - on top of this, he produces results. The Ellen, Janis, and Josh team were wonderful realtors and we're so happy we chose them! They were helpful from the very start of the process. I am a skeptic when I see all 5 star reviews, but Josh & his team deserve the raves. Like a few of the other reviewers, we needed to sell our condo from out of state (actually across the country). Josh & his team made it easy, putting together a plan for preparing & marketing our home and then putting it on the market. I researched & interviewed realtors from the major agencies in JP & decided on Josh because he was super thorough and clear when answering any questions I had and he & his team went above & beyond providing data to back up their recommendations. His references were also excellent. By hiring an realtor with a team, I never felt that things were falling through the cracks. Janis was great at finding vendors & coordinating the work that needed to be done on our condo. I could detail all of the little things they did to help our place get ready, but there are too many to list. I'll just say the place looked great & to our shocked delight we had multiple offers following the first open house weekend it was on the market. We definitely broke into a happy dance! Josh prepared a great spreadsheet (I love a good spreadsheet) detailing each offer so we could understand the pros & cons of each one and pick the best. April Nelson helped my girlfriend and I with our first purchase of a home. At first, we were not sure about buying in Boston (or even staying in Boston for the long haul! It's so competitive, we also thought about just skipping town!). We were upfront about our reservations, and April was the *best* about not pressuring us into any open houses and was happy to move at our pace.
