Bought about $75 worth of items, one of which was a t-shirt for our son. When we got home we noticed a hole near the bottom seam. We called numerous times on numerous days. There was never anyone answering and got a recording "mailbox is full". Sent an email to their "contact us" link on their web site, no response. We live too far to return to the store to exchange. Customer service needs some improvement I think. read more

Fun [huge] place to visit and to shop. Bright and new, lots of stock to peruse (clothing), lots of goodies (food, candy, housewares), and the prices weren't too bad for The Cape. One huge complaint... For a bustling clothing store, why are there only two mirrors (I asked associates to confirm) and two register stations in the whole place??? If it weren't so crowded and the store was more user-friendly, I'd have given it 5 stars. read more

What a shame. "Victorian boardwalk"? Authentic feel to its separate shops? Meh. Cuffy's used to be THE place for fairly good quality reasonably priced merchandise. No longer a discount emporium but a tourist trap - don't let the themes fool you into driving to Dennis or P'town. another CAPE tradition bites the dust. customer service is non- existent- I was in there twice in one day, having a very difficult time finding the sizes I needed - no one ever says, "can I help you" and when you ask they just say "they're all mixed in" . the women's sizes run small (fit was 2 sizes smaller than what I normally buy) and there are almost no smalls or mediums in the men's. (And I just learned from my husband that the men's small sweatpants are huge on him) Try things on first, though good luck finding a dressing room- supposedly they have them but I didn't see any. the signage is unhelpful- it would be nice to know when you're in a women's section or a men's section, and would certainly be helpful if the thousands of stacks or hanging sections were grouped by size, or at least if the staff (are they trained?) would help you find something or be more specific on where to look- it's a large place and telling a customer to look in the other rooms where I had to look at every single pair of Men's sweatpants (there were hundreds) to find the last few in the right size. lastly, the cellophane-like labels are helpful and I am very familiar with them but it is useless putting ones with black print on dark clothes- I had to pull each one out into the light and gave up on that and had to find the tags on each one to see the size. They make these kind of labels with white print also. Hello. I did not go there to browse, I went there specifically to buy five items. Though the layout might be good for browsing, if you know what you want it is hard to find - signage could help as well as organizing things more by size and more helpful staff. (There was hardly anyone in the store except me, and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help or exchanged any pleasantries) Disappointed to say the least and will not be recommending to any of our constant stream of guests. It's a huge tourist-y gift shop. A bit of chaos inside. But get a sweatshirt or a tee - it seems to be a classic.

I've been coming to Cuffy's since I was a little girl. Every trip to the Cape meant a new sweatshirt so I've had a collection over the years of various sizes and colors. This year when I came home to the Cape, I was super excited to see the new Cuffy's and took my boyfriend and his daughter to the store. The store itself is beautiful and still being finished, which we didn't care about. What we did care about was that after washing once, his sweatshirt pocket has already come undone from the body of the sweatshirt and my sweatshirt lettering has a hole in the Cape Cod part of the sweatshirt. There seems to be a huge issue with quality control if two sweatshirts of different sizes and colors have such significant defects. Very, very disappointing and I'm shocked that the Cuffy's I have loved has changed so much that I won't go back. read more

Plenty of parking in their gravel lot. Big selection of gifts, souvenirs, candy, mugs, t-shirts, and beach toys. When I visited all t-shirts were on sale for $9.99. Candy is $7.99/lb for their taffy and assorted sweets. Their Cuffy's location next door is mainly a clothing shop. read more

When you drive up on Route 28 you see this Disney World block of buildings with a lagoon out front (not filled yet as of this review), and you think "there's no way that what's inside could live up to this." But then you enter into a space with soaring ceilings, filled with every different Cape Cod souvenir you could possibly want - and it's even better! There's all of the t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other clothing items that Cuffy's is known for, in more varieties than you could imagine, but that's just the beginning. Candies! Specialty foods! Pillows, dishes, towels, and housewares galore! Puzzles! Toys! Christmas ornaments! And all of it in a spacious, airy building that seems to extend forever, dotted with sand sculptures and vintage postcard-style murals. What a fun place! I felt like a kid in the candy store wait, that's exactly what this place is! There's a huge candy selection to include all of my favorites plus a plethora of Pixy Stix...yum!! There's a coloring table for the kids; there's great music in the background and a very large selection of clothing and cape related/beach related/Massachusetts related items for both decorating and souvenirs. I am sure they wish there was more parking but we lucked out and got a space as soon as we pulled in. We went to both the general store and the clothing store and had a blast! It is not inexpensive but the quality is good and you get what you pay for. From what my mom has told me this used to be a place to just pick T-shirts out of the bed... Three for $10. It is not that kind of place anymore but obviously based on how busy it was it's a "we must stop here before we leave the Cape" kind of place. read more

Great variety of clothing but a bit over priced. What really is disappointing is that this establishment does not have a handicap accessible restroom at the General Store or on the property. Thankfully, my mom is ambulatory and able to make it up and down stairs, albeit with some difficulty, but it would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair. I had hoped this store would be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and be inclusive for all. read more

Love this place!! You can get a bunch of T's and sweatshirts, hoodies, etc for not a lot of money. T's for 3.99/4.99 and sweatshirts for 9.99 to 16.99 (on average, I think some were more). The kids sweatshirts seemed to be more expensive than the adults, at least the ones we saw. There is a huge selection. They are all VERY comfortable. I am not sure how long they will last, but we will see. Even if they don't last that long for the money we paid I will be happy. VERY much worth the stop and will go again when in the area. The T's seemed to run big (maybe they will shrink??) and the sweatshirts seemed to be right on size. Unfortunately I take a large or XL depending on the shirt and it was very hard to find anything other than a small or medium in the specific sweatshirts I wanted. I ended up getting my second favorite shirts, but I am still VERY happy!!! OK, I just have to say that in addition to the great product/pricing and friendly staff these people rock. Check out my pics of the bear and the coloring center. We were in there browsing so long that we took turns watching the girls at the coloring corner and the singing bear while the other one shopped....of course there were always things for us to look at too near by. :) I did not see it since I did not check out, but my wife says there are plans and blue prints to expand their facility into a bunch more shops and other attractions come winter time. I have shopped at Cuffy's for years and love their sweatshirts. However, this year I tried to contact the store numerous times about exchanging a sweatshirt that I noticed had a weaving defect. No one ever answered the phone numbers listed so I mailed the shirt back with copies of a letter, a receipt, and my contact information. I have not received a replacement shirt as requested nor any communication from them. A retailer of this size certainly should have some form of customer service, even if it is simply one helpful person but clearly they do not. Given the price of their merchandise, this is especially unethical. After having been a loyal customer for years, I will not be returning! read more

Be careful using your credit card at this place!!! They ran my card multiple times causing my bank to issue a fraud alert on my card which prevented me from using at a restaurant after leaving cuffys. They have a policy requiring you provide a clerk who you don't know to see your license giving them your full name, address, license number and DOB to them, not a good thing when you are away from your home. read more

What a difference 2 years have made. We have shopped at Cuffy's every summer but one since 2006. In 2008 they had 5 locations. Now they have only 2 - West Dennis and P-town. They are planning to expand the mother-ship Dennis store into a "boardwalk" type concept. Good luck with that! Meanwhile the selection and quality are greatly reduced. Granted, we came over Labor Day weekend (close of the season) and things were VERY, VERY picked over. No shorts for ladies (one pair), no kids pants of any kind. We did score $3.99 and $2.99 Kids T-shirts though and some great baseball caps that usually go for $14.99 makes at $4.99 or $3.99 - not bad. I am disappointed that the higher end items and "resort wear" are mostly gone and the terry pants are so old-ladyish. bring back the good stuff! Also - many of your young, female, eastern European Sales ladies (who were helpful, but brusque) looked bored out of their minds. read more

Oh, Cuffy's. I dream about your endless aisles and racks of supersoft "Cape Cod"-emblazoned sweatshirts and pants. In fact, when I should be counting sheep, I'm counting your sweatshirts. If you visit the Cape, you must stop at Cuffy's and purchase something to prove you did. They always have a few items on super sale. Last time I was there, they had fleece jackets for $9.99. On my last visit, I got two pairs of shorts, both of the sweatshirt material, supercute, supersoft. One were short and navy blue and grey with "Cape Cod" in script and the other pair were more like bermudas in green with "Cape Cod" in white vertically down the leg. My only issue is that the tiny Indonesian fingers that probably ran them through the machine missed a bunch on the right leg side seam and there were big old holes that I didn't see when I bought them. They'll be off with my good friend Liza to be exchanged and all will be right with the world. Go to Cuffy's. Buy a sweatshirt. Or don't. Just experience the place. read more

Started off as a 4 star shopping experience with their selection and fair prices, but our cashier was so awful it ruined it all. I purchased 4 mugs that were clearly delicate as there were 5 chipped ones sitting right on the counter next to me. Amanda the cashier wrapped each one in a single sheet of paper - I asked if she could spare another couple sheets since I'm bringing them back to NY and moving to a new apt the next day. Amanda refused, stating that they get limited supply of paper and it needs to last through the weekend rush. It's Wednesday at 11am...what rush? If it was a holiday season, I'd understand her abysmal excuse. I'm pretty sure a store that has multiple iPads at each register used solely for collecting email addresses (which she didn't even ask for, so great investment there, Cuffy's), can afford to spare a few sheets of recycled stuffing/paper for delicate purchases. I proceeded to stand by and watch as my mother asked for the same thing as she had purchased 6 mugs and listened to them banging against one another in the bag as Amanda tossed them in, and asked if she could use one of the several paper boxes underneath the shelves of mugs. Amanda again refused, saying that she can't empty one just so someone can take a box home because then everyone would ask for one. B*tch please, get over yourself. And no, they don't have any empty ones laying around because they get thrown away right after they restock the shelves... Once outside, we met up with our friend who was looking for a garbage can that Amanda had pointed her to, because she refused to throw away a candy wrapper for my friend's daughter...into the garbage can that was behind the register. Didn't even bother to brush it off as a policy forbidding customer items to be thrown away, she just didn't want to do it since there is supposedly one outside. Cuffy's seems to be an otherwise decent tourist stop, but with employees like this, it really puts a damper on an otherwise positive experience. It really doesn't take a whole lot to provide decent service...we weren't asking for anything over the top in my opinion. Having worked in retail throughout high school at establishments at all ends of the price spectrum, I can't imagine actually saying no to these requests at any of them. read more

Drove 3 hrs to the Cape (traffic:() and it made everyone miserable!! As soon as we got to Cuffys they were jumping out of the car going table to table looking for the right sweatshirt or T-shirt. We recently went to Cuffy's to return a pair of XXL sweatpants that were too big for my fiance. We walked out with a bag STUFFED with the following items: 2 mugs, 3 sweatshirts, 1 dishtowel, 2 keychains, 3 womens t-shirts, 4 mens t-shirts, and 1 child t-shirt. As our items were being rung in, I was thinking "oy, this is going to be well over $100." I was very pleasantly stunned when the total was announced at $82.64. I can only imagine that everything was on sale because it's the off-season. Their prices are usually very good anyway, but this was just insanely awesome. The clothing is high quality, EVERYTHING says Cape Cod on it, for you Cape lovers out there. I was quite impressed. read more

If you don't go here - a Cape trip would be incomplete. I love the place for its cheesy Cape attire. Does the clothing shrink to shocking levels? Yes. Buy a size up. Also - for some reason - the hoodies wash and dry into a wavy ribbon candy. Don't worry - you'll fit right into the New England swagger. Just buy it - it's part of every Cape trip. Cuffy's has deleted my posts on facebook on their website so I am going to post here now. This is what I said! On 9/1/17 I went to Cuffy's and was so disappointed! Can you believe the sweatshirts that were always $19.99 or less (during specials- $9.99) went up to $32.99!!!! I was there in March and paid $19.99. I have been buying them for years at this price and bragged to my friends about the price and quality. CUFFY's is not a good deal anymore. Or maybe it was the Labor Day weekend price gouging! Oh and the rude ladies at the checkout. (not the first time, but you overlook it due to the price) not anymore.. They need to get an attitude check. We are paying your salary so stop being nasty. West Dennis store only. I had money from friends that wanted the sweatshirts, probably about 15, so it's your loss. I will stop by again to see if the price drops after the holiday and will comment again at that time. read more
