This park is also the endpoint for the Dardenne Creek Blueway, which partially opened July 2022. The eventual 19-mile river trail will snake through the county. One of the owners was the person I was speaking with. We were very impressed at how pleasant everyone there was throughout the repair process that we thought we would give them a quick look for a new tritoon we were considering. There was a boat show in the area the day we scheduled our appointment with Todd (we had to do our due diligence, as this was new territory to us). Todd was very personable and professional, making us feel at home. They had a nice selection of new pontoons inside their facility, which was nice since it was raining that day. We were able to strike a deal with Todd and decided to keep the business local. We were told the boat would take 8-10 weeks to come in, since it was a new build with the options we wanted. I got a call from Todd about 5 weeks later saying it was in! The problem was that our boat lift wasn't ready for the new configuration, and the lift company couldn't get out for another 1-2 weeks. Todd and the good folks over at Lewis agreed to keep the boat on their lot until it was ready, which helped us out considerably with coordination efforts (at no charge, by the way). In short, I would highly recommend this company. They won us over with the service department initially, but ended up impressing us even more with their sales staff and process. We will definitely look to these guys if/when my wife gives me the green light for that bass boat ; )

I scheduled an appointment online with Jeff / Legends for an interior detail. Jeff waited until a…read moreday before my appointment to call me (before accepting my appointment) trying to pitch his upsell products for car exteriors. The price listed online started at $85 and said subject to vehicle size, which I understand. On the phone Jeff said service for my small SUV would run $125-$150 depending on how bad my vehicle was, which I accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 9a-1p today. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am per Jeff's request hoping to get my vehicle back early, as I had errands to run after. I was told to leave my keys under the floor mat of an unlocked, abandoned vehicle on the premises. Super safe. Jeff never texted me to update me on the progress of my vehicle or that it was even there when he arrived. I texted him at 1:15 asking on the status of my vehicle and didn't receive a response until 2:20 that they were working on my vehicle. 4:30 rolls around and I'm able to pick it up. Another sales pitch for products l've expressed no interest in and then a quick peek in my vehicle in a dark garage space and Jeff says "I know I quoted you $200 on the phone, we'll just call it $150." | corrected him that $150 was the max we spoke about and he acknowledged that and said "so yeah, still $150." When I pulled off and got out in the sunlight I began to notice that vehicle was in no better condition than if I had just vacuumed it and wiped it down with armorall wipes, which I certainly could have done in less than 8 hours and for less than $150. Please note I never have backseat passengers, I have plastic floor mats and leather seats, no major stains, so there should have been no distraction from getting little gunk around buttons, soda from around the cup holder, crumbs from door handles. I returned to the business to talk to Jeff and he came out from behind the building with his pants unzipped (it is Valentine's Day and Jeff was up a free $150- no harm there I guess) and minimized my concerns. He said he would gladly grab a rag and "fix" the issues but I declined due to the fact I was already running late to start my day. Jeff did contact me via text and offer a free exterior detail to make me happy but after seeing the quality of his interior work, l'm sure I could replicate his exterior work with a garden hose and my thumb. Please see my photos taken moments after returning home. If your idea of detailing doesn't include details, then Jeff is your guy.

Over the course of my last two service appointments, the issue with my engine was never resolved--despite being told both times that the problem had been fixed. The same issue persisted, and the promised results never materialized. Worse yet, when I attempted to follow up and explain that the problem remained, I was met with complete silence. It took four or five attempts before anyone returned my call. When they finally did, they stated they could come back--but only if I paid again. I found this unacceptable, given that the initial work was never successful. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as there are clear areas that need improvement--especially in customer service, accountability, and follow-through. Until those changes are made, I cannot recommend this company to others.

So now I'm thinking I over paid .. Then they call me my boat was ready ok went in and told her I'm here to pay and she said cash only wait what ? They other day on the phone you said we can paid by CC or Debit card. Now we had to go to back and get cash and came to get it paid for it but I still think something is fishy here . We won't be using them again and I do plan to call my bank Monday to see if a check did come back cause we never got a notice of it . So if you come here just be careful cause I feel like I over paid and also they start charging you storage fees with out telling you ! We will be not be back just shady I will be calling them again and getting proof from them about the check I have a right to see the check that came back or the letter from the bank I will update later , plus there are a lot of issue my boat never had before so not use these people it was a lot of $$$$ for nothing
