She assured me that they would make every effort to get to my home and repair the problem as soon as possible. In the early afternoon, Daria called to advise me the techs would be arriving within the hour. True to her word, Mark and his assistant arrived and began troubleshooting the problem. They repaired the problem and tested the system. They went as far as servicing the unit and will even remind me when the next service is due. In under an hour, the a/c was blowing cold air.
