Monday I received a callback and got an appointment for the next day Tuesday, Phillip was our technician and had the water softener issue resolved in minute. ( Transformer power supply was bad ). That portion was covered under warranty I had mentioned that water pressure had been steadily been decreasing and Phillip checked a couple of things and we found out that the Well pump pressure was not sufficient enough for proper back flushing of the water softener system. He had the parts to Install a new pump on his work van and proceeded to install a new well pump. Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. When Phillip was done with the job he informed me to call the the office and request that a new pump be installed due to the Orings missing directly from the factory. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.

We just moved to the area and had never had well water before. When we first arrived at our home…read morethe water smelled terrible. So I called clean water America, they sent a technician, Brian, out the next day and he not only fixed our smelly water but went through and taught me how the well system works. Brian was very friendly and very knowledgeable he told me about different upgrade options I had, he was very honest and sincere and did not feel like he was just trying to upsell me. I will definitely use clean water America again in the future

I would not recommend hiring Lee County Plumbing for a plumbing job. I signed a contract for Lee…read moreCounty Plumbing to do a several thousand-dollar tub to shower conversion project. They submitted a permit application within two days. After about five days, I checked the status of the application and found that they still needed to submit a drawing. I contacted them about the drawing, and they said it would be submitted. At the same time, they said that with upper unit and concrete floors, they would need a third party to do a scan before they could relocate the shower drain. They provided a quote on a linear drain in the same location, but it was too high and I was willing to consider the third-party cost of the scan first. Shortly thereafter I was told from the maintenance man at the complex and the hands-on board president that the floors were wood not concrete, therefore no scan was needed. A week and a half after contract signing, the village still needed a drawing, and they wouldn't believe my claim that the floors were wood. The owner called me and said that they had to pull out because they "couldn't meet my timeline". In fact, I was getting ready to leave for the season, but with their application delays, I had already been thinking about a backup plan to allow me to manage the job remotely. He also said that his third-party company had not returned his phone call. I guess finding another company to do the scan was not an option. After wasting almost two weeks of my time with the incomplete permit application, he didn't ask if the schedule could be moved, he just left me hanging. I think he didn't want to do the job because he didn't want to cut concrete. They could have thought about doing the demo to see what was there and then altering the plan as necessary. I also applied for their financing and so took an unnecessary hit to my credit. These guys really hurt me financially with their delays (this is an empty rental) and timewise with the time and effort I spent vetting them and monitoring their activities. They were so cavalier in their efforts and their sudden pullout. They were also awkward to schedule and showed up twice without adequate notice. I definitely don't recommend them at all. UPDATE: I want to add to this review that today I received a very nice call from the Operations Manager of Lee County Plumbing. He genuinely wanted to understand what happened, what went wrong, and how he could address the problem with his staff. Although I have already hired another company for this job, I was so impressed with this genuine concern for his staff's shortcomings that I promised I would seriously consider him as my go-to plumber for future household repairs. I will upgrade my recommendation here to recommend this company for consideration.

Mast Family Culligan - Outside tanks for our new Reverse Osmosis System

Ramone was our installer and he was a pleasure to have in my home. There was a slight glitch with the install but he was quick to make it right. After just 3 days since install myself and my wife have already noticed a difference in the water especially on our hair. We were told this could take a week. Mast Family Culligan has been a great company to deal with.

Even though a $3,995.00 aerator was installed to help with the strong odor in the water -- which I…read moredo appreciate -- the overall service was disappointing. I was told the technicians would perform periodic 10‑point inspections and clean the aerator. However, each visit consisted only of emptying the aerator, which damaged my lawn, and lightly cleaning the top portion of the unit. (See photos from the morning after the service). They never cleaned the tank fully, often leaving it only half done. Eventually, sludge from the tank began coming through my faucets. This may or may not have been related, but it was certainly not the level of service I was led to expect. I was also told by their representative, Marcus Ide, that for the purchase I made that day, the Premium Services was included for the first year, that during their visits they would check the salt level and refill it if needed. That never happened. It became clear that what was verbally offered did not match what was actually included in the agreement. He also offered to help sell my removed equipment, but that, too, never happened. My advice: read the agreement carefully before you let anything be installed. Not everything they promise is actually included in the contract. I ultimately chose to get a reverse osmosis system from another company for my well water, and now I can safely drink from any faucet in my home.
