Shane Pelletier and Dave Hallberg draft a contract in which they were to install paver for my walk ways, grade with 120 yard of screen loan then hydro seed . The were supposed to stall a 20 x 20 patio for my fire pit area. All this they were suppose to have it completed in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later not even the paver we're not even 50 percent done. It was not prepped. They didn't respect my design but did what was convenient to them (no curve on the edges) all 90 degree right angle.(less cut and work for them). They didn't even start to do anything for the 20x20 patio. They didn't even have material to install gutter hard per our contract. They didn't even have the 129 yard of screen loam per our contract hence no hydro seed per our contract. These clown leave BAD IMPRESSIONS for landscape/ hard scape contractor. Shane Pelletier stated that it cost him $3500 for a 4x4 retaining wall stones. I know it's a outright lies because they had to clean the stone at my house because it was full of dirt as if it was picked up from someone's left over yard work. I hope people read this and learn from me NOT to hire these clowns. The show up at 11 and leave at 3 if they show up at all. I had to dismiss Dave Hallberg when he show up at my house by himself with no help at 1 pm. The people (laborer) are random individuals from who k owns where. Please look up their company and check to see who is actually employed by them. I found out that Dave Hallberg has some knowledge of hard scape meanwhile Shane pellets is just a guy who does grounds keeping. This was what Dave disclosed to me. it seems like They wanted to have me pay for the bobcat rental from this rental place called Grand Rental of Pelham. I told them it's not my responsibility . They rented it they should use it and get the project done as they agreed upon (in 3weeks). I have no pity for them since they robbed me of $25500 and threatened to come ripped off the pavers from my house. And that they will bring the police and lawyers with receipt in hands. I was hoping that they would so that it can backfire on them. I hope that these guys don't steal peoples money anymore and actually earn an honest living. You two should have the decency to give back at least $10,000.00 back. The materials you left at my house (2 pallet of Cambridge pavers) and 4 bags of cement that was hardened solid in a bag cause you left it outside and it rain and now rendered useless . You left a lot of scrap debris on my property such as pallets and metal straps from the pallets and the plastics from the pallets behind .I can go on for days but it seems like people who reads this review are tired of reading. The owner arrived on time, was polite and personable, and explained what would be done. I have had similar tree work completed a number of times over the years, but never had such an amazing experience for all 3 tasks. First of all, the price for everything was lower compared to other companies. The men who removed the tree were respectful, very skilled, extremely careful, and thorough in prepping my neighbor's driveway in addition to when they lifted the branches and trunk over the roof of my house and into the grinding machine and/or truck. A while later, a man returned with the stump grinding machine. He worked slowly and precisely to fit the machine through my gate with only a few inches of room on each side. I was thrilled with his cautious manner. And he spent a long time going over the stump until it was completely ground up. He told me that he tried to follow the roots so he could get everything and he did succeed. The next day two workers came to remove the wood chips so the area would be ready to receive the loam and seed/fertilizer. They filled a large plastic trash barrel over 10 times, lifted it onto their shoulders, and dumped them into their truck. When they were done, one man asked if it was satisfactory. I was thrilled because there was not one speck of wood chips left on the ground. I would highly recommend Amazon Tree Services for your next job. The work ethic is excellent, they do a commendable job, and the price is very reasonable and better than other companies.

I called back shortly after and left a voice message apologizing for missing the call but am ready for someone to come by. The appointment time comes and goes, and no one shows up again. While they weren't punctual, they were affordable, staff was pleasant, and they were efficient once they arrived. We then hired Nathaniel and crew to do some yard work. Punctuality continued to be an issue. In fact, they wouldn't even come on the day they stated, and they were difficult to get a hold of. Still, we found Nathaniel pleasant to work with and the job was completed according to our agreement. Unfortunately, we can't recommend them or use them again because we have a contract with them, and they never finished about $900 of the work. They kept saying they'd come. The admin person kept saying her emails were stuck in her outbox, so we didn't receive communication about delays. Nathaniel stopped responding to texts. We even had our lawyer send a letter, and no one responded. We decided not to pursue the issue further. Needless to say, this was an expensive and overwhelmingly negative experience.

Once to repair/flatten shingles around a dormer and another time to patch a hole where a chimney was removed. For the dormer project, he ordered a whole package of shingles and let us keep the unused ones. That was helpful because we used those same shingles for the patch project. Barcco Services gave us a quote to remove the chimney AND patch the roof. His quote was really low compared to the chimney masons who also gave an estimate. We ultimately decided that using both companies would maximize the expertise and give the best value. We were very pleased with their cooperation and coordination. Later, we recommend Barcco Services to a neighbor and they were pleased also. The estimate was lower than they expected.
