Purchased Roll One 3.5g flowers: Mob Boss & MD Mantis and 7g District Cannabis Devil Driver from the Frederick dispensary. I paid for & expected regular sized buds, NOT small buds, which you generally pay less for. When I called the dispensary to question them about the differences in products, they just said they have no control over the packaging and he would pass my concerns on to the supervisor. I don't think that's adequate. I believe they need to take responsibility for the buyers/products they use/sell. The other concern is that they don't provide any special service for their medical patient, like other competitors. No separate lines, nor does it appear to be a special order in which they take patients back. They need to do better. read more

The person that greeted me was an asshole, her name is Ashlan. This place only accepts cash and does NOT have an ATM onsite, nearest atm is 8 minute drive. This is completely outside, rain, sleet, 100degrees all under a tent with a bunch of cars, no store to enter, you park in a tent and they serve you there. They DO NOT HAVE A MENU on display or to hand you. You have to go to a third party website to see what they offer. I've been to 20+ dispensaries and this is probably the poorest experience I've ever had. I won't be back. The guy that helped me with my order was cool, you can tell he's green but knows his stuff. read more

20+ cars in line and only 1 person taking orders. used to be the best prices and quickest service in town. Now, it's a joke compared to the rest of the dispensaries. after making it to the front of the line i asked the 1 bud tender running back and forth what's going on. they said to me "i don't know what they're thinking but if this is their idea of customer appreciation. Yeesh. Horrible experience. Staff is pretty arrogant. First thing you get once inside is a loud "HELLO!" from the in-store 'security' (read: rent a cop). Next, you are ushered to a window wherein you are asked for suitable ID. When I asked why they needed ID, the staffer said its because, while weed is legal in MD, its still illegal at the Fed level, and that every store anywhere will ask for full gov't ID. Not true at all, as I have had my gummies mailed to me from 2 different states and NONE asked for anything other than form of payment. The place looks more like a Fed police station than a store. No product out, every door secured so unnecessarily as to make one very uncomfortable. Is this because the prefer the title of "dispensary "? Legalization renders these places useless. My impression is that kanavis, despite all its efforts to the contrary, is a data collecting operation. For whom you might ask? Passing by the place last 4/20, it was jammed & guess who was doing the parking/traffic control? Maryland State Police. Yup. If weed is illegal at the Fed level, what is the MSP doing facillitating the sale, purchase & movement of it? Makes ya wonder. I'd steer way clear of this place, because if weed is somehow relegated back to illegal status, they have ALL your data. read more

I visit a lot of different dispensaries and this is by far my favorite. The tree selections are gas, the prices are good and they have good deals. If that wasn't enough the service is on point! I don't remember the name of the budtender when I went there the first time (sorry ) but he's the reason I went back. The people at the entrance are amazing as well! Today Ryan helped me and he's was awesome! I love that I can order online and drive through to pick up. 5 Stars hands down!!! read more

would say 0 stars but its not an option. Was told BY A MANAGER that I could EXCHANGE (not return for cash...EXCHANGE) 2 defective vape cartridge. Came back the next day with thr defective cartridges. Waited 20 minutes to get to the back. Then stood there for another 25 minutes while the manager presumably talked to upper management about how to handle it. They decided to handle it.........poorly. Came back out and said that "since it had been soooooo long since I bought them (it had been 30 days which I told the manager the day before AND told them when I first got there and nobody said anything about it)....there's nothing they can do. What a bad excuse for not exchanging DEFECTIVE products. Its supposed to be MEDICATION. So you sell me bad meds and refuse to give me meds that work when I come to return the defective meds? NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER going there again. Used to spend over 800 per month there. Hope that ripping me off for 60 bucks was worth losing that kind of busines. Dumb. read more

I was nervous my first time going to any dispensary. Everyone from the "doorman" to the receptionist and odd course all of the sales ppl were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The entire atmosphere was calm and accepting. All areas very clean, well lit and soothing. The quality of the product is spot on. I presented my major issue of intractable insomnia, they stated out at a reasonable level, or helped bur sporadically. I visited again, the increased the thc works MUCH. 14 years of insomnia and now sleep is still not consistant, so when visit next time, they already have a plan in mind. I received the proper instructions on the law and transportation. I would recommend this dispensary to all. read more
