I spent nearly $200 on what I thought was an exciting stash only to come home and realize that it wasn't what I was promised. I'm so angry and disappointed. The staff was lovely and kind and the place was cute. But they didn't help when I got home and discovered in the SMALLL print on the label that it's mostly delta 9. Aka headache in a bag. It felt like the moment when you realize the chocolate easter bunny is hollow. I was excited and now have no way to fix that.

The other concern is that they don't provide any special service for their medical patient, like other competitors. Krystle, who helped me on my second visit, was the best! She spent at least 40 minutes with me, helping me evaluate options. She is also well versed in the various terpenes, which make a huge difference in a user's experience with a strain. She guided me to one that has been the most helpful for me in cutting constant pain and helping me stay asleep. Krystle also gave me a card with a guide to the various terpenes, which I'll use as I contemplate my next purchase. The only downside with this dispensary, and this is really for all Maryland dispensaries, is it generally hasn't had some of the strains recommended to me by the physician I originally met with for my MM card. But that has more to do with the youth of the Maryland MM growing pipeline, since MD dispensaries can sell only state-grown product. In time, I think they will have more diverse and well-known strains. MM is an absolute lifeline for people with chronic conditions like mine, for which there are no suitable traditional alternatives. I hadn't had a full night's sleep in YEARS before being approved for MM, let alone an hour pain-free. I'm really appreciative that the dispensary closest to home is incredibly caring, educational and supportive.

THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.
