This is my primary store of choice and despite what I may dislike about the store, I do come back. There are times where the shop does experience a lot of traffic and can take up to 40 minutes to finally get to the counter! I've been coming to this shop since they were known as Harvest and there have been notable changes in how things are run - Some good, some bad. But none of these changes have focused on trying to remedy the traffic problem. I get it, sometimes it can't be helped. However, I saw another review mention the introduction of kiosk... knowing the space available in the store that may not be possible, but I do believe something needs to be done (this is what really made me leave a review). Words cannot explain how annoying it is to wait over 30mins for product and having that time extended because medical patients must be seen first and 1 or 2 just walked in right as it was your turn up next . As a regular customer, if there's anything I would want to see fixed, it's that! It would also be nice to allow us as customers to view daily deals at least a day before hand. From what I've seen, there are many deals that are recurring and happen seem to already have their own schedule. For example spending a certain amount on Wednesday gets you a chance to spin the wheel. Thats been going on for months if not over a year! If that's something that always happens I don't see why it can't be added to the website as something customers can see. Lastly, when it comes to payment. For a long period when you use your card to pay the system would round the total to the nearest 10th dollar (I.e if total was $32 you would pay $40 on card + 3 withdrawal fee). I believe at the start of the year this changed to rounding to the nearest $5 ( $32 total to $35 total) I really liked this change but it seems to have been short lived as the system has gone back its original rounding. Not sure the reason but there is someone who would like to see that come back. To those wondering, yes, they give you the difference back in cash but I just find the rounding to be a little high. This all comes from a regular, love all that y'all do but would love to see some changes made.

Not like they can't pull it all up on my account, but okay. I finally got back there this evening. I'm in line and a girl working there asked what I needed and i told her.. she remembered talking to me and said.."no worries.. we gotcha.. they'll be right with you. I waited and at my turn, I got the manager "Robert." He claimed that without the original packaging, he would not refund or exchange. I showed him who I spoke with, and that I was not told that. There are no signs telling people to keep the packaging.. the employees dont even know it. On top of that, it's not in the return policy noted on the website. I'm not someone that returns things.. it was full and I had my receipt. Robert didn't care. He continued to say no regardless of anything noted above. I will be reaching out to Corporate and will pursue this. Why? Because I'm angry. I wonder what corporate will think about losing a loyal customer that has helped support that store. Robert should lose his job for ruining a relationship with a loyal customer. There are so many dispensaries in this area, and they have the least to choose from. He, along with everyone else I've encountered at GLeaf, is knowledgeable, patient, uber-accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping you find what you're actually looking for. What impresses met most is how well the staff balances urgency with patience. The folks behind the counter know how to keep things moving when it's busy without ever making you feel like you need to hurry. When you go on your re-certification appt, they tell you to upload all items in advance but the cannabis doctor I spoke to at the appt was reading everything in front of me anyways. I had my meeting a few days in advance to the deadline as is normal - and she told me that she would re-certify me once possible. I went to the dispensary 2 weeks later to find that she did not re-certify me, so I could not pick up my medication until I got in touch with Green Health Docs. Like me, you may suffer from chronic pain and can't be bothered with companies that will take your payment in advance, claim that you are getting re-certified, but then never actually do the work they were paid to do.

The marketing team consistently treated me extremely rude by disengaging from the product, they left me out of any information on the event that we were planning together, basically found a way to cut me completely out of the event and product placement. Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf. That's she will be holding onto it until they decide to pay for it and place it and in that moment I knew I needed to go get it and there was no way in hell I would ever allow my brand to be associated with that type of behavior.
