The coffee was the perfect color, smooth & just the right amount of sweet without being overwhelming. What really made this drink stand out, though, was the real piece of flan cake on top. It was such a fun touch because I got to enjoy little bites throughout the drink, and finding it again toward the end felt like a sweet surprise. Soo worth the hype! Not just delicious but their flavors are legitimately puertorican The Mallorca is sweet, fluffy, and very light. It is difficult to find a Mallorca this accurate in the states! We all know the Mallorca isn't what called me here, that flan latte... It is the perfect representation of flan in a cup. Light and creamy, with fresh flan sprinkled on the surface. The cup is latticed with caramel which provides a wonderful companion to the light flan flavor. Some find this drink sweet but it tasted as you would expect any latte to. My group also tried the coconut latte. Again, creamy, light, and shockingly pure coconut (as coconut flavors are usually watered down in coffees). It was reminiscent of the coconut cream in a piña colada. It is a strong rival to the flan latte. Either could be a favorite. The line is currently outside with little shade, but I hear they're renovating to open indoor space, which will alleviate the summer heat. read more

I kept hearing that this is the best coffee shop in Orlando. I stopped by to check them out & while I can't say if it's the best I will def say the coffee was absolutely Amazing! The line was long but, moved quickly . The atmosphere was busy for their line and the purple ocean line right next to them. The customer service was great. The Flan Latte was perfect. I had the coffe with oat milk and it had the right amount of sweetness and it woke me up quickly! You won't find coffee flavors like this anywhere else! The flan latte was really delicous. I'm really glad I asked for an extra shot of espresso in mine because even with the extra shot it still didn't taste really strong. My friend who got only one shot did say she wished got double like I did to have more of a coffee flavor. When ordering I'd recommend ordering ahead. The line got extremely long. When I arrived there was about 10 people in front of me and I still waited over 30 minutes to order. While eating though, the line got to over 50 ppl and I'm sure those people were waiting well over an hour. There's no covering either so be prepared to have an umbrella for some shade because standing out in the Fl sun like that for a while can be a lot! This isn't a place that you'd be able to work as the tables aren't the most stable and there no WiFi so be prepared to use your hotspot! As a whole I'd still highly recommend! read more

The coffee van itself is super cute, though most of the seating is unshaded, which can make waiting a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, my order only took a few minutes. The flan latte was delicious, they even offer different sweetness levels, which is a nice touch. The chunk of flan is so good and blends perfectly into the coffee. This place has a coffee window that you order from and are able to sit outside to enjoy your coffee. Everyone was super nice and friendly when you ordered. We ordered both the Flan Latte and the Coconut Latte. The flan latte was great but a bit on the slightly sweeter side. The surprising hit was the Coconut Latte. A super cute coffee window! Cultivo Coffee used to operate out of a little food truck, but recently moved to a brick-and-mortar window in the same location. They recently went viral for their Flan Latte, so lines were insane, but we went early in the day (before it got too hot) before the lines got too crazy. Even though the location is small, they make their drinks to order and we didn't have to wait too long (~10 min) for our drinks to be ready. However, it does take a while for the food to be ready; so it inflates the line. Service was very friendly and cheerful. My Flan Latte was soooo good. It was a tad too sweet, but the coffee flavor was very rich and there was a very generous portion of flan. My friend got the Mango Matcha and that was just ok. The matcha was nice, but the mango was underripe and flavorless. If the mango were ripe, I could see how the combination would be very good. The worst thing about Cultivo is the parking unfortunately. There's very limited parking on-site, but I've seen people parking on the grass in front and at the F&D parking lot to walk over. Luckily, I live within walking distance, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you're driving in. read more

Cultivo has grown from the little truck out front (now the truck is in the back housing another location) to a walk up window with outside seating. Its cute, but I will say, parking is hard and because you can only go in/out the same way it even makes it hard to turn your car around once you're in the lot. We did go later in the day but they were out of some things. I wanted to get a pour over, as its on the menu, but they didn't have it. Then based on the desciption I thought a Puya might be good, but I must have looked like someone who wanted a full cup of coffee because the barista immediately was like, are you sure? Thats just 2 shots of espresso plain. . .so, no, I wasn't sure. She did offer an americano, but I just don't like the way espresso tastes when made as an americano vs. how coffee tastes as a pour over (IYKYK). This is such a cute coffee spot! Love the vibes, the look, the service and my drink! I ended up with the Strawberry Matcha Latte and it did not disappoint. 4 solid stars to this business. It is no wonder why people are waiting for up to an hour to order coffee here, even though there are other coffee places down the road with no wait and free wifi. There is something special here and I am glad to see the support they are getting. One caveat, although not the business's fault, parking is extremely scarce. This brings out the worst in people who disregard the rules and other people's property by parking in the right of way, despite the fact that there are multiple signs indicating the contrary. This kind of disregard for the local community, can only affect the business negatively. I know of a business not too far from here that ultimately had to close its doors because the patrons simply couldn't follow the rules and were extremely disruptive to the local community. For those of you who like this place so much, maybe it is time support the local e bike rental program and ride a bike here. I was in the area so decided to stop by to try their coffee. The parking lot is small and can get packed quickly. I opted for an iced latte with cold foam. It was really sweet and delicious- definitely more of a treat. They had run out of quesitos so I was unable to try that. Refreshing iced coffee ideal for this FL heat, reminding me of PR island living. Absolutely loved my CocoJoe drink, and my husband enjoyed his iced coconut latte which was less sweet and you could taste the espresso more. The young lady who was our barista was very friendly and helped us with our order, she mentioned she was new but she did a great job! Cultivo Coffee is still one of my go to spots thanks to their rich, flavorful drinks and the outdoor seating ambience, they really know how to get coffee right. That said, I've noticed they're often out of certain items whenever I stop by, which can be a little disappointing, especially since I come pretty often. I took a break for a few weeks but came back excited to see their new sandwich menu and the move to the service window from the RV setup. I'll give that a try next time. The little coffee truck grew up! We first saw this spot driving by on Primrose and we finally got a chance to try it. Parking is less than stellar for how busy it was, if you don't see parking immediately available I would recommend parking and walking over. Many people were parking in the grass out front, but getting in and out becomes much more difficult. When we arrived there were a few people ahead of us. They use a paging system to let people know when their orders are ready and we noticed there were about 2 people ahead. That said while we waited to place our order another human talked about how long it was taking to get her order and admittedly it was pretty slow. While waiting to order, people who were paged then hop back into the line to pick up their items which delayed things a bit more. I chose the flan latte which was pretty good. I appreciate the extra little chunk of flan they add although it does sink to the bottom so maybe go for that first. Overall a good experience and I think they'll continue to do well. I got the coconut latte and my wife got the flan latte. She loved hers but mine came out SO sweet. I went back to the counter and the kind employee explained to me what was in each drink and asked me what kind of coffee I liked. She suggested the Cocojoe and made me a new drink and followed up to make sure I liked it. Very delicious! and so so kind to make me a new drink! 2025 update: I'm sad to report an updated review based on 3-4 more visits. While I love Cultivo and want to support local business... it's really important that the product is consistent. And unfortunately that has not been my experience. I tried a hot Nutella latte and the chocolate was scorched and burnt. I had another latte that barely tasted like it had any espresso in it. I have shown up 20 minutes prior to closing to have the barista say she was about to close. I was refused service once 15 minutes to close. I was served a toasted Mallorca (which I didn't ask for it to be heated) that was crunchy and dried out. I honestly don't know how many more visits I can show up and be disappointed :/ whenever the owner makes the drinks, everything is great. Otherwise it's kinda dicey. I would recommend retraining to make sure all drinks taste consistent no matter who makes them. read more

Cultivo Coffee has a convenient location right next to Purple Ocean, which is great. The staff were very friendly, and the flan latte I ordered was absolutely delicious $7 worth mentioning. However, my experience with the service was mixed. While waiting for my latte, I was told to allow extra time as they were training someone, which I understood. What bothered me was that someone who ordered after me, apparently a regular, received their coffee way before I did. Puerto Rico... coffee... put them together in a shaker, pour it out and you will be pleasantly surprised! I visited the location twice, why specially chasing the secret menu coconut latte in a coconut !! Heads up it's only available during special events so there's so trial and error to get it. But the coconut coffee is second only to bellhop coconut crema speaking on coconut flavored lattes. Which I would give this a 8.5/10. The flavor of coffee and coconut are a nice blend, neither over power the each other truly a beautiful balance like two people on a seesaw perfectly balanced in mid air of bitterness to sweetness. The milk they used add a nice velvety creamy texture that doesn't make you over thirsty and smooth as you drink. With or without the coconut is still good coffee to enjoy ! The flan latte, in my opinion too sweet like a Mike Tyson punch of sweetness and you'll definitely need water for that drink.
